This was our first family vacation with our kids and grandkids and the property was amazing! Communication with the host was excellent. We especially loved the extra available beach towels. We also brought two boats. And there was plenty of room to tie them up. Highly recommend!

Great place for a vacation home, we had 7 adults and 5 kids. Room for everyone. Wish there was a TV in every bedroom. Fishing was ok, didn’t catch much. Lots of sitting area outside. They had really good bath towels and dishes. We have booked for next year. The pool was good, needs steps to get out of the pool for us older folks. Thank you Brian our host.

Brian was an excellent host. He was very responsive to my questions, etc. The house was perfect for my husband’s 50th bday celebration with our adult children. The kids loved the pool. The fishing from the back deck was awesome. Allowing pets made it perfect for our kids to join in. Overall great experience. We would definitely stay again.

The hosts are amazing and so accommodating. The check-in process was easily explained, and the host responded immediately to our questions. The property has plenty of parking and a garage space for beach gear or luggage. HEB, Walmart, and the beach are minutes away and very convenient. At the last minute, our dog sitter cancelled, and they were so understanding and explained that they are pet-friendly. This home is beautiful, spacious, and my family enjoyed our weekend. The kids enjoyed the pool, and the boys enjoyed fishing and kayaking. The kitchen was spacious, and having an ice machine and two washers and dryers was an added plus for my large family. We were able to enjoy meals inside, outside by the pool, and outside in the gated space where the BBQ was set up. Although we only spent two days there, we certainly have plans to rebook. Thank you for being such a great host and sharing your beautiful home.

Third time staying at Howdy Bay and it is still just as wonderful! Great views, beautiful and comfortable house that is filled with everything one could want and more. Perfect getaway and time in Rockport area. Thanks for a wonderful time!

Our stay was fantastic! Host was extremely accommodating and communicative. We had a ton of space but house and outdoor area was open enough for us to still feel together but not cramped. We all loved this house, especially the pool and foshing

Excellent Vacation house

This house had everything we needed. Pool, Kayaks, great fishing, ice machine and our family pet got to spend our vacation with us! Communication before and during stay was excellent! We definitely will be booking here again!

Great location

Perfect location between Rockport and Aransas Pass, a quick trip to Port A beaches. The house is perfect for families. The private dock was perfect for our boat.

Amazing stay

Beautiful property with everything you could need. The location is close to town for food and shopping, but honestly, with the back patio why would you leave? The whole group had a great time.

Great end of season stay

This was our second year as a group of six with three pets. The check-in was smooth. The house was spotless and had everything you could possibly need to enjoy a vacation.

This place is to die for. We loved everything about. As adults we enjoy the little things like showers, and those were like a magazine.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home! It was perfectly cleaned and stocked. Between fishing, the pool and amazing views to enjoy you never have to leave this gem. We will book again!

Great stay

Loved the cocktail pool and fact that we could tie our boat up just steps from the living room. Comfortable KS bed downstairs. Having access to a commercial ice maker was awesome. Great views off the back deck.

Beach vacation

Great location between Corpus Christi and Rockport. The pool was great and being on the was a plus. We caught a lot of fish. The kids had a blast catching fish. The Howdy house was big enough to accommodate 5 kids and 5 adults. The kichen has everything you need. Nice house for a beach vacation. blast catching fish.

Fun for everyone!

We spend the holiday weekend at Brian's place and it was everything we needed to have fun while staying away from crowds. The place is very clean and had plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. The kids enjoyed the pool and everyone enjoyed fishing on the decks and using the kayaks. I brought my dog and the front patio area was perfect for him. Would definitely book again on our next family trip!
