DESCRIPTION
Treetops Resort is an Award Winning timeshare resort located on Roaring Fork Road in Gatlinburg, TN! An RCI Gold Crown rated resort, the Resort is located on Roaring Fork Stream just as you exit the Park from the Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trail! A truly unique Resort snuggled amongst the trees and having the Roaring Fork Stream bank on the property... you can literally walk up the road into the Park. The Stream is stocked with trout and the sound of the rushing water can be heard throughout the Resort.

The perfect size, Treetops is a small timeshare resort compared to the mega resorts normally found... only 145 units in the main Resort and 15 Tree Loft units on the mountain.... but Guests have 3 Outdoor pools, 2 Kiddie pools, an Indoor pool, 5 Hottubs plenty of Gas Grills, Picnic tables, Fire pits, a Children's playground and one of my favorites.. the Swing beside the Stream. The pools are located throughout the Resort with each Building being close to at pool... Unlike the mega timeshare Resorts built by Wyndham, Westgate and others...whose few pools, grills and other amenities are overrun by the number of guests and pretty much unavailable... Treetops Resort was built with Amenities per guest in mind as pools, grills, hottubs, open outdoor spaces and picnic tables,etc spread throughout the Resort serving approximately 3 buildings each... and that rushing stream banks all along the Resort property! There's a reason why Treetops Resort has had RCI'S highest rating... Gold Crown Status.. 30 consecutive years and over 727 guest reviews online...4.6 Stars..highest rated timeshare Resort in the Smokies.

The 2 Bedroom Condo units have a Queen Bedroom Master Suite with a private bathroom and jetted tub.. a private Balcony off of the Master Suite.. and another Balcony off of the Living Room. The 2nd Bedroom has 2 Twin beds, chest of drawers and closet with the 2nd shared Bathroom just outside the door. A Queen sized Sleeper Sofa in the Living room accommodates 2 additional guests and there is a 2nd Balcony off
the Living room as well. The unit has a Dining Room and a completely furnished Kitchen with stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, garbage disposal, all utensils, dishes, glassware and pots and pans needed to prepare any meals you want during your stay... eating even one meal a day at the Resort on vacation Saves lots of money!

Other Amenities not mentioned above include
an indoor racquetball court, putting green, shuffleboard court, fitness center and playground. Complimentary Laundry facilities are also available to our guests.

An Activities Center is located in
Building 9. The Activities Center has a Pool Table, Games, Card Tables and Crafts are scheduled most days and occasionally local talent perform for the guests .. or maybe a wine or moonshine tasting. Weekly activities are provided by our full-time activities staff who are ready to assist you in planning a fun-filled vacation, including discount prices on tickets to local attractions and shows.

Natural Amenities provided by God... the trees and flowers and rocks and forest and stream.. the occasional bear and cubs wandering through the area and the sounds of Nature.. are My Favorite Things about our Treetops Vacation Resort!
