This condo is a corner unit, on the 1st floor, and the private balcony off of the living room overlooks the sun deck and sand dunes. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and there is a washer & dyer in the unit for your convenience.

Onsite amenities include an outdoor pool, sundeck, free parking (1 vehicle only) and free Wi-Fi. There is also a private beach access with outdoor shower for rinsing the sand off. Just down the road is a boat landing and Heritage Shores Nature Preserve. This inlet island extends into the salt marsh and offers walking paths, observation docks, picnic shelters and more.
