A great place to stay

The apartment was very comfortable, quiet and spacious with lots of natural light. There was also a sunny outdoor sitting area. The apartment was really well located with cafes and shopping on the doorstep. It was also a short walk to the major tourist attractions.

Bordeaux Rooftop

The location and layout of apartment was fantastic and allowed us to have an unbelievable stay in Bordeaux. The rooftop was wonderful and enjoyed many bottles of wine and laughs on it. 10/10.

A lovely appartment in the heart of the city center, close to transportation, restaurants, bares, shops. Couldn't have asked for a better location or a more helpful and responsive agency. highly recommend it! Thank you again!

Excellent central apartment

The apartment has 2 double bedrooms and a single room with a desk that I used as my office. Internet is good. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds comfortable. The linens and towels all provided, and the agency very responsive and pleasant to deal with. Despite being central the apartment is very quiet and it is great (as well as unusual) to have an elevator in the old center of town. Groceries are nearby if you are staying a while and public transportation is both close by and very easy to use. Download the TBM app and you can use your phone to pay. Highly recommend le Particulier as your base in Bordeaux.

Best of Bordeaux!

This vacation was our first time in Bordeaux, and it was amazing. Communication with Antoine was seamless right from the start - very timely. He welcomed us at the condo, showed us upstairs by elevator, and made sure we were settled and comfortable. The location of the condo was perfect for us, as it's right in the the city center. Cars are not allowed in that part of the city which makes walking easy, especially everything you'd need is literally right outside of your door. Great walking distance to cafes, restaurants, boutiques, pharmacies - definitely a more upscale part of the city. The condo was lovely. Very comfortable for the four of us (me, my husband, and our adults children). Beds were great, kitchen well stocked, and thank you for having a really nice hair dryer!! And the washer/dryer was a huge bonus. We loved sitting around in the living room sharing a bottle of wine, talking about our evening (and the Lenny Kravitz concert!!). Antoine, thank you for having us and being such a wonderful host for our stay in Bordeaux!

The location of this property is great as is the kitchen and living area. The property was advertised as having air conditioning. We arrived, during a heat wave. The outside patio was unusable as a result. The air con extended to the kitchen area only. All 3 bedrooms were uncomfortably warm. The bedroom at the back of the property was unbearable and my daughter had to sleep on the sofa throughout our stay. After arrival we were contacted to Cocoonr agency to request access by technicians to upgrade the wifi at 8am the following morning. We graciously agreed and we set an alarm to vacate. Before 8am the next day we had a whatapp message to say the techician had not been in touch. We were eventually informed that the app was now at 10.30 am. We decided to leave anyhow as we had made the effort to get up early. I informed the agent that we would return at 12 noon. We returned after 12 but the technician and agent were still on site, so we left again. I think it was around 2.00pm when we returned - absolutely exhausted given the heatwave. I told the agent that it had become very inconvenient and Cocoonr sent me a 30 euro refund which was shocking given the time involved and the daily rate we were paying while not having access to the property. To add insult to injury, the wifi details left were incorrect and we had to send several further messages before the agent arrived to provide us with an entirely new wifi access info. Almost an entire day lost. Do not recommend.

Great location in the heart of the city. It was easy to walk to shops, restaurants, and the various attractions. It is just as presented in the listing. Secure, with a lift to your apartment, quiet, and well equipped.

Appartement situé plein centre de Bordeaux. On peut tout voir en s'y rendant à pied (ou en tram). Nous avons bien apprécié l'ascenseur pour monter au 4ième.Aussi à 5 minutes à pied d'un très beau supermarché Carrefour.Rien à redire, on a passé une excellente semaine dans cette très belle ville de Bordeaux.
