“Best vacation ever”

We loved staying there! It was a beautiful property, lots of fun water toys, very comfortable sleeping arrangements. My two sons said it was their favorite vacation!

The Lake is so beautiful and we saw so many cool creatures including blue herons, eagles, deer and we caught so many fish. The kayaks are great.

Nature's hideaway

Updated decor, easy water access, plenty to do

Our family of four (12 and 14 YO) stayed here for two nights and it was perfect for us. Easy walk to dock, plenty of water toys and short drive to a swimming beach with a floating dock. Home is well equipped and the beds were comfortable. Would recommend.

The house was in a decent location, and off one of the main roads which was nice because the roads can be steep. There is a little bit of a rocky walk down to the lake, so make sure you have water shoes or sandals. I was very disappointed because there is no dock as listed and shown in the photos. They should really remove the pictures because all they have is a rocky shoreline, and no dock at all, false advertising in my opinion, because they were still showing a dock in the listing on the day we checked in. I paid for that, and did not receive what I thought I was getting based on their post. One of the reasons I rented this location was to have a dock.

Cozy and Quaint....Active and Fun

Our family of 5 has rented several chalets in Innsbrook. It's tough to find one that provides an atmosphere of cozy/quaint/quiet AND lots of activity for the kids. THIS ONE WAS A WINNER! Our kids are 9, 7 and 5. Pros: Tons of activity for kids/adults: paddle board, kayaks, canoe, sandcastle toys, pool table, games, large beach within swimming distance, life jackets, etc Comfy Beds: all the beds were super comfy Nice Dock: There is a nice dock for parents to sit and relax while watching kids paddle board to the beach and play Easy to get to from the main entrance! Quiet: Although this was close to a beach/boat dock, it was very quiet. Waving to the other IBK homeowners/guests as the boarded their boats each night was enjoyable for us. A few things to note (none of which would be deal breakers for us!!): There is no separate master bedroom The shower is quite small There is no laundry If you went on a busy holiday weekend, there may be a bit more action with the boat dock/beach close by

Exceeded expectations!

Absolutely loved the cabin and everything it had to offer! Really enjoyed being on the water and utilizing the kayaks and paddle board they provided! The fireplace on the water was a great hangout spot! We also enjoyed grilling out on the deck as well. The cabin was very clean and they provided many things for their guests!
