Second-floor studio condominium overlooking Snowmass Ski Area. Cozy up in front of your own personal wood-burning fireplace or enjoy our onsite two-tier hot tubs after a full day of skiing or hiking. Featuring a queen bed, queen pull-out sofa & full kitchen, make this studio your home away from home while enjoying all Snowmass Village has to offer. Perfect for families of four, romantic getaways, or ski trips with friends.

Laurelwood 408 is located in the heart of Snowmass Village - you are just steps away from the Village Mall, the free bus route that goes back and forth into Aspen, hiking & biking trails and much more.

Guests will have sole access to their condo for the duration of their stay. Check-in time is 4:00pm, check-out time is 10:00am. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and must be approved by Laurelwood front desk. On-site at Laurelwood, there are two tiered hot tubs available for guest use, which is a great way to unwind after a full day of skiing or hiking.

Parking is owned by the town of Snowmass Village, and is a charge of $20.00/day during ski season only. Other times of the year, parking is free. During winter you will need to purchase a parking pass from the front desk upon arrival.

On-site at Laurelwood, there are several coin operated washer/dryers available for use. Detergent is available for purchase at the front desk, or you may bring your own. All linens, towels, hot tub towels are provided, and you can request more as needed. Please note, this property does not have A/C but a box fan is provided in the bedroom closet and it is highly effective in cooling the room down quickly.

We have a full-service front desk team that operates from 8:00am-9:00pm during the summer & winter seasons and 8:00am-5:00pm in the off-season. Our team is here to assist you with all requests to make sure your stay is the best it can be! In case of emergencies, we have an afterhours emergency answering service that guests can call to get in touch with an on-site manager. We are here to make your stay one to remember!

This was our 8th year at Lauralwood as we celebrate our annual anniversary. Always a great visit in beautiful surroundings including a great place to stay especially during the Fall season

Snowmass Stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was clean, well stocked and spacious for our group of 4. Great location to walk to snowmass village!

Arrival and departure arrangements were excellent. Laurelwood has ski setup worked out well. No issues came up, but staff in office and via text were available.

Family of 4 Just What We Needed

This condo suited our family of four perfectly. The kitchen had everything we could need, the TV worked great, and the whole place was very clean. We have stayed in many studios with the kids sharing the pull-out and it was such a blessing to have the accordion wall for a bit more privacy. We enjoyed the hot tub and close parking (small fee but worth it!) The 1 minute walk out of the unit to the slopes was outstanding and good for skiers/riders of all levels to access the mountain. Just a 5 minute walk down to the Snowmass Mall for restaurants and bars. The value for this rental is outstanding. We will be back!
