Beautiful house and clean refreshing pool! Love the privacy of a full house, pool/spa and Laundry access. Check in was smooth and communication was consistent in the app.

We booked this location to serve as home base for our visit to Disney and Epic Universe. The location was good for both. The drive to Disney was 15 minutes and the drive to Epic Universe was 30 minutes. We found the amenities met our needs as well. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

This home had everything that we needed and was at a very convenient location to the parks. About a 10-15 minute drive to Disney parks and 20-30 minutes to Sea World / Universal Parks. The home was clean and smelled fresh. Emerald Island is a beautiful well maintained community. We would recommend staying here, and plan to again ourselves.

We were very happy with our stay! The community and all workers for the resort were phenomenal. The house itself was very accommodating and overall we loved our stay and definitely plan on returning the next time we come back!

Great time in Emerald Isle

Stayed for 14 days, check in very easy, communication with the owners excellent and no issues with the property. Kids loved the heated pool and shops restaurants only a 19 minute drive.

Emerald Island is a very attractive gated resort It is just 5 minutes away from Disney World's main gate, 15 minutes from Sea World and Universal Studios, plus you can also discover the many nearby Gulf and Atlantic costal attractions (e.g. Busch Gardens; Kennedy Space Center, and a wide variety of other recreational activities, such as golfing and fishing). For those who love to shop, the house is just 10 minutes away from many great outlet malls. Additionally, there is a large plaza offering many restaurants, various shops and a 24hr grocery store, located in the corner of 192.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

The close proximity to the Disney World theme parks makes it very practical. You can go to the parks as soon as they open, and then as the crowd begins to grow (and temperatures go up), you can go back home, which is only 10 minutes away, and enjoy the pool, have a regular lunch (which is far much cheaper) and maybe even a nap! Then as the daytime crowd begins to fade, return to the parks (reenter is free) and see the parade, action, and fireworks in the cool of the evening!
