This is the only ski in/ski out building at WP !!!. Say goodbye to lugging your equipment around in the cold. Take our elevator down to the 2 nd floor, the Ski locker room is right there by our building's back door. Walk out the back door, click on your skis, then Ski down the slope 110 feet right to the Zephyr Gondola.
Back of building opens to the Slope -Front of building opens to the Village.

This was our 7th time staying here! All you need to take is clothes! So many extras and we never had to go to the grocery store for anything! The owner, Lee, even called me to tell me about a different scenic drive to take to avoid road construction on I-70! We will keep coming back as much as we can! Thanks again for another fabulous stay!

Our stay was great. The Hosts had all kinds of goodies and enough food that we wouldn’t have had to leave the room if we didn’t want to! Everything felt comfy, rustic and clean. If you forgot absolutely ANYTHING, they already had it covered. We’d definitely come back here for a relaxing stay again. Thank you!!!

Great cozy condo!! The hosts were friendly and accommodating. When we arrived there was a cornucopia of snacks and goodies the host provided for our stay. We had a lovely visit to Winter Park and this condo was a big part of it.

Great spot, great host. I'd recommend staying here. One thing to take note of is that the garage does not fit taller vehicles like our van. The slope side building does not have a circle drive for drop off either. We parked in the day time lot and carried our stuff over.

Thanks again for your stay 😊 Actually, both Slopeside & Riverside buildings have drop off circles . We ask are guests to call or text with any questions. We send ARRIVAL & parking instructions at the time of booking. Luggage carts are by both elevators in each building. Our INFO describes our underground parking & location of luggage carts.

This condo was perfect for our family of 6! Great location, very family oriented with games etc and the hosts were fantastic! They provided so many extra groceries, toiletries, etc it was absolutely perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was incredibly clean and very spacious, which made it comfortable for our family of 4. The location to the slopes was perfect—close to everything we needed and made getting around so easy.The condo was fully stocked with everything we could have asked for, and the extra food and supplies were such a thoughtful and unexpected touch. It really made us feel at home.We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely choose to stay here again!

Well appointed unit at an excellent location. Easy ski in /ski out. Lots of extras - snacks, cooking supplies, spices and much more. Host called and made sure everything was fine. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect place to stay with a very thoughtful host

We've stayed here 3 times and it is one of the best hosted and terrific options for ski in / ski out in Colorado. We really love this place. Easy parking, easy in and out, and a well-stocked place!

It was cozy to stay at this place for ski vacation. Ski-in ski-out right on The Gondola lift is priceless. Clean and comfy place to stay.

Excellent Location, Great place to stay

Perfect family weekend for a Holiday weekend. Snowed the entire time, best skiing ever. Condo was exactly what was expected, amazing host and communication. Will definately stay there again next time in WinterPark

The host was absolutely wonderful with communication and assistance with the condo and local amenities. The condo was very cozy, fully stocked with everything you need, along with some added treats upon arrival. Our kids LOVED staying at this beautiful and fun condo. Kids games, great movie selection along with a nice gas fireplace made it perfect after a day skiing and being out in the cold. Would definitely stay again! Thank you.

First time at Winter Park and we really love it. The accommodations were perfection and they had everything we could possibly need and more. The owners are very responsive and the whole stay was a breeze.
