Beautiful house in a great quiet neighborhood. It was a little off putting to have to dispose of toilet tissue in the bin rather than flush it, but I get it - better than having plumbing problems. The house was clean and comfortable.

Great weekend stay for soccer tournament!

We were in town for a soccer tournament in Fort Worth and this house was perfect for our large family and 2 of our son’s fellow teammates. The home is very roomy and has all the essentials! Would definitely recommend!

Very nice

The owner was very pleasant and responsive. We enjoyed staying in his beautiful house. There were some confusing items in the listing but all was well. The bedrooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Some limited kitchen utility but we let the owner know. Everything we needed for our stay was there. Thank you!

Nice but questionable

The house and neighborhood were very nice. I had 3 issues, however. First, we were not informed, in advance, about not being able to flush toilet tissue after bathroom use. We had to put all used tissues in the garbage can. That is very unsanitary. Next, the camera on the inside of the home was on and we did see the red light blinking which made us uncomfortable. We did look into the camera to let them know we could see them and they then turned it off. Lastly, when we turned the oven to warm, before using, it started smoking. It was dirty so we cleaned it and the smoke cleared. I don't think i would ever stay there again.

All your reviews is based on a lie my home do not have any camera installation anywhere outside or inside the home and there are no red lights blinking. You lied about your stay came to throw a big party in my home and left the home trashed . Am filling a claim already on your stay for destroying my home. My entire house wall is covered in stains and my kitchen floors damage . My cleaners took out a pile of over 20 trash bags from using my home for party which I was not informed initially. In the history of renting my home you all are about the worst guest with total disregard for people home .

Clean and Close to shopping.

We had pretty good communication with our host and that was during a holiday so that was comforting. We had to find a home on short notice because our previous rental owner double booked and VRBO found this home for us which we were very grateful. Pros: Close to shopping Easy to find and Easy to check in Host did respond quickly, and even came over in the rain to show us how to work the washer machine. She was always pleasant and kind. Washer Machine and Dryer Home was clean Playground equipment for kids in back yard. Plenty of towels and bedding. This may or may not be cons but things I noticed that may need tweaking. I will say that going forward it's best to ask instead of assuming hosts will have everything. There were no check in and check out instructions The owner tells you day of for "security reasons" makes sense I just never seen that on any rental I've used before. It just made me a little nervous because of our previous experience of the owner double booking and canceling the rental day of. There is a tiny sign in living room for house rules. Clearly says not to flush toilet paper in toilet. I would make that bigger or put it in the actual restrooms for guests as a reminder. I didn't see any cookware We only saw one roll of toilet paper for each bedroom. Overall we appreciate being able to stay there last minute and would definitely recommend this rental. Owners were friendly and happy to help with anything we needed. Which made our stay a pleasant one. Thank You.

We had plenty of cookware in the kitchen cabinets we would have showed you if you asked. Also foe my house policy I only give you check in code the day you actually check in the home . Take for instance you were staying in the home presently and then I gave another group code to the home and strangers showed up in a home you are presently renting. That will be irresponsible for me as a host putting people life in danger . The safety and security of people is my ultimate goal . I understand you were nervous about your previous host double booking and canceling on you but that will never happen in my home because all my calendar sync automatically with other platforms to prevent double booking. Am an experienced host and this thongs I take into cognizant.

Softball Championships

We traveled to Mansfield for my daughter's softball tournament. The house had plenty of space for the 10 of us to sleep. We were unaware that a small bus would be parked in the driveway. This is very inconvenient for parking. We had 3 vehicles and 2 had to be on the curb. The house overall was fine but the carpet is very stained and there is no where near enough plates, cups or utensils for 10 people.

U had enough space to park 2 cars one in the driveway and one on the curb . Next time you should ask before booking how many cars you intend to bring .
