The perfect home for a family vacation as it sleeps up to 8 guests, has two living rooms, fully stocked kitchen, 2.5 baths and a private, backyard pool (can be heated for additional fee) with covered patio and bbq grill. Also a great property for the weekend getaway trips because of its excellent location to all the necessary amenities and the convenience of numerous nearby activities, such as World Wildlife Zoo, tennis, golf, MLB stadiums, Surprise recreational park, fishing, hiking, biking, bowling, movie theater, restaurants etc…

We have accommodations for all ages and do our very best to assure that your vacation is a 5 star!

This was our second time staying here and everything was as great as the first time. Perfect setup for our family and the pool was used a lot. Also, fantastic communication from the owner throughout.

Communication with the host was flawless, the property was very clean and easy to access everything we wanted access to. The pool was fabulous and the host was great about turning the heat on in the pool when we wanted! Will stay again!

Wonderful home and host! Beautiful backyard pool, hot tub was relaxing, enjoyed grilling on the bbq, home was very clean and super well stocked. Can’t wail to come back in the fall - will make this myAZ home away from from now on.

Our family flew in due to a death in the family. This house was so spacious and a peaceful place to land during such a tough time. Comfortable bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and even a beautiful pool in the backyard. Wes, the host, was very communicative and helpful. Thank you!

Excellent home in Surprise.

Property fits a family's need perfectly. Kids can swim while adults hang out. Home has everything you need. Very clean as well which is important for toddlers that like to crawl around.

Great Accommodations - Very Comfortable

Perfect location to access great golf and other activities. The house is very nice and comfortable. The owner made sure we had everything we needed and was very accommodating when our plans needed to be modified (we arrived early due to airline issues). We would stay here again. Five Stars and two thumbs up.

Great house!

We stayed here for a week, it was great!! The house was so close to everything and all the ball parks! Family enjoyed the pool. Will stay again when we’re in the area! Julie was great, fast communication and made sure we were set up!

From the moment we arrived until the day we left we felt like we received the ROYAL treatment from Wes.Excellent communication, perfect location as we were playing tennis nearby. Lots of restaurants just a great stay and experience! We will stay here again and again!

Lovely, spacious, clean

My family was very happy to stay here. It had everything we needed in our home away from home. The house and property was very clean and in a very good neighborhood. Julie was very attentive and quick to respond before and during our stay.
