Absolutely fantastic. Family and friends came… Mother Nature tried to misbehave, we ignored her. Would definitely recommend!

Very nice house and property on the river with dock for swimming, boating and fishing. Quiet and private. Ruby was great and very responsive. We had 10 people in our group and had plenty of room. Kids loved the bunk room. They have created a grade down to the river which I’m sure makes access easier but in so doing the deck shown on the website is no longer there. But the table and chairs are still there and the river views are just as good. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Thanks for staying with us and being great guests! I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay. And yes, with the regraded hill, we did remove the small deck on the hill and moved the furniture to the top of the hill - same great views! The deck off the house and the dock remain.

Very nice property, House is private and peaceful. (15 minutes from West Point, 40 minutes from Williamsburg/Busch Gardens). Big enough for 3 families. Everything you need is there for cooking/grilling/fire pit/kayaks, etc.

Fantastic place, a nice view and in a secluded area. It had all the utenicils and cookware we needed for our meals, and everything else was stocked to last our large group through the week. Very comfortable and clean and we will be considering coming back.

This was a great place to stay. Very comfortable and quiet, with a lovely view, and lots of games for the kids. We went to Williamsburg while we were here and we found the house to be an easy drive from everything we wanted to do.

We loved our stay here! Ruby was very responsive and the house was absolutely beautiful. We spent Easter here and the property was perfect for a huge egg hunt for our boys. We went to Busch Gardens for two days and then spent the other two days relaxing at the house. We fished, played on the swingset, enjoyed beautiful sunrises and sunsets, loved the fire pit and made dinner in the huge kitchen. We couldn't have asked for a better spot and are already talking about coming back next year! Thank you!

The house was a great size to have a family gathering...plus it had so many amenities like the dock at the river for fishing, the fire pit, kids games and entertainment, and many other added features. The host was very helpful and you could tell she wanted us to enjoy our stay. We would recommend.

Very responsive host, amazing views, great family vacation

We stayed at this home over Christmas and it was cozy but with plenty of space for the family to gather. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful and the sunrises were gorgeous. We all greatly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful views!

The property has wonderful views of the river inside and outside of the house. The bunkbeds are unique and fun for the family. Ruby answered all questions right away and was a great host. Awesome place!

Memorial Day gathering

Lovely property which was enjoyed by a diverse family during a memorial day getaway. The kids liked all of the games and activities both outside and in. The weather was lovely.
