Property was clean and very user friendly. Cabin was in excellent shape looked practically new. Location was close to nearby restaurant's, and breweries, retail stores.

Everything was wonderful! Had a problem with google maps finding the cabin but the office manager was fantastic helping me! Will rent again!

The cabin is very beautiful, very clean, the kids loved it. The only problem we had was with the wifi, and stove, but overall we had a very good time.

The property was beautiful and that's where it stopped. Within the first few hours we started to hear High pitched noises coming from the roof. We looked up and noticed bats, yes bats inside the property. I was laying on the couch and there was one crawling on the floor right in front of me. I smashed it with a shoe. We left the property and I reached out to the numbers provided. A few hrs later me daughter had one in the bed with her. We could not stay and risk further exposure. They were so loud the nest must have been huge. We left the property at 8pm on a Saturday night and drove straight to the ER in Oklahoma City and began rabies vaccinations. On the way out we were contacted and promised a full refund. Its now Wednesday and we have heard nothing and no refund has been issued. They did try to find somewhere else for us to stay, but it was Saturday night. . I had no idea I would be risking my family's health by staying at such a beautiful place and we even killed one of the bats and left it on the floor next to the bed as proof

For future guests, I wanted to note that the VRBO map location appears to be inaccurate. It currently shows the property near Broken Bow Lake on the peninsula east of Highway 259, but the home is actually located west of 259 and a bit farther north. We selected the property in part based on the mapped location. I did mention this to the management team, though I’m not sure whether it has been updated yet.The driveway is long and fairly steep, leading down to the home, which is situated at the bottom of a hill between two other houses. The turnaround space is somewhat tight, so maneuvering in and out can be challenging (we had a minivan).The house itself was clean and otherwise matched the listing description. The Wi-Fi was somewhat inconsistent, similar to what other reviewers have mentioned. If you plan to use the firepit in the evening, you may want to bring a flashlight, as the back stairs are not lit. We also replaced the battery in one of the bedroom clocks during our stay.

The driveway has a big pot hole when you turn in and the driveway is very steep and curves and that was not mentioned at all to us and we had kids and was pulling a trailer with a golf cart on it. The front door was hard to unlock and get to lock from the outside. The beds are way too soft, or worn out, and pillows. They need lighting out back on the stairs and down below, had to use flashlights on phones. We found a bat and roaches upstairs in the loft where kids stayed. The WiFi is back and the TV remotes wouldn’t work on the volume!

The cabin was great!Very clean, pretty location and the three bathrooms were a huge plus! We also loved the hot tub and all of the outdoor seating and the fire pit!

The location of the cabin as listed on VRBO was inaccurate. We specifically desired to be close to a lake, but after the security deposit was paid, it became impossible to change our booking without forfeiting that money, even though VRBO was responsible for providing the incorrect location information.The internet connection was unreliable with frequent interruptions, which prevented us from making a video call. Additionally, there were no lights illuminating the firepit area, making it dark at night.
