Come make yourself at home in our beautiful 2 Bedrooms/ 1 Bath Yellow Cottage. Conveniently located : 1.4 miles from I-40 and 1.7 miles from I-27, 2 miles from downtown, and 2 miles from Route 66.
The kitchen has granite counter tops, a prep Island, fully loaded to prepare dinner. A formal dinning room with a table for six.
The Smart tv on living room has Disney plus and Hulu.
Located in Bivins Neighborhood, only 1.8 miles from Route 66. Route 66 is a one mile of antiques, boutiques, galleries, restaurants, and bars.
Only 1.3 miles from downtown Amarillo, shopping, Civic Center, Hodgetown and many restaurants
Your Family will love to relax in the shaded backyard , dinning table, and patio furniture.
In the back It's another VRBO Yellow Studio (1 bed/1bath+ garage), separated and gated, that you can rent upon request and availability.
The Driveway located on front side of the house is reserved for the Yellow Cottage Home guests.
Great area to go for a walk/or jogging . My favorite route : Start on 12th st(across st of the house) walk around the little park (about one block from the house) and along S Julian Blvd.
Another nearby Park is Ellwood park 0.9 miles from the house.
This property is for transient temporary stays only, and guests may not establish residency at any time.

The home was fantastic from the moment we arrived. Everything was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. The space had a great layout and felt like a true home away from home. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, hassle-free stay!

The Yellow Cottage was clean, well arranged, inviting and comfortable. Our out of town guests thoroughly enjoyed their stay. The accommodations were above expectations.

My goodness. Photos don’t give justice to how beautiful the property is! We drove our car right up to the house and closed the front gate! The entire property has multiple gates enclosing different areas. We felt sooooo safe and my doggie loveddddd exploring. We slept so well in the peace and quiet that the neighborhood offered. Gorgeous!

We had such a wonderful stay at this Vrbo! The hosts were incredibly accommodating and made everything so easy for us, especially with our flexible schedule. Their communication was quick, kind, and genuinely helpful from start to finish.
The home itself was exactly what we needed—comfortable, clean, and welcoming. You can really tell they care about their guests’ experience.
We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free, enjoyable stay!

We loved the house. It was so clean and welcoming. It was close to all our planned destinations. Will rent again next time we visit Amarillo.

Beautiful home
Really cute little home! Convenient location for us and not in a bad neighborhood. Host was easy to communicate with, beds were comfy, nice kitchen!

Lovely cottage with comfortable bed.
The house was clean, bed was comfortable, wifi worked well, with good water pressure in shower. Perfect stay for single traveler or small family.

An Enjoyable Stay
The Cottage is great. We've stayed several times. It's clean, conveniently-located, and well-stocked. Communication is top-notch.

The perfect stop on our road trip! The house is very clean, in great condition, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owner has clearly put a lot of thought and care into preparing it for renters. Great neighborhood and we enjoyed our morning walk with our dog to the nearby park. Will definitely stay there again if back in Amarillo!
