Our stay was wonderful, the house was big enough for 2 families, very clean and nicely decorated, the kids really enjoyed the pool. Our host was very attentive when we communicated. We will definitely plan to stay again.

This home is beautiful and so roomy! The pool is great and the pool table became a nightly gathering place for all. There is a gate that ensures small children cannot escape to the pool. Having 4 and a half bathrooms with 14 people was a great feature. A Master bedroom on the main floor was a real advantage for my husband and I since climbing stairs would have been a challenge for me. Most homes large enough for our family had only 3 bathrooms. If we’re ever fortunate enough to have that many in our family head to Arizona again, I’m hoping this home will be available

This house was very clean, spacious and perfect for the whole family. We were parents, children and grandchildren and did not feel like we were on top of each other. Definitely recommend paying extra to heat the pool. The set up is great, from all of the bedrooms to the pool table and the outdoor furniture. It was a great week!!

The pool was great and the kids enjoyed the play equipment. It should be noted that the ground underneath the play area is rock, so falls for the little ones created a concern. Luckily only a couple bandaids were needed. This property had an extremely well stocked kitchen, and was very clean.

Amazing

This house went above and beyond to meet our expectations. We had a few families staying together for a sports trip and it was perfect. The kids loved the pool, the games and the space. The parents loved the space and the kids being entertained by the amenities so we could relax and enjoy ourselves. We will 100% rent again next year.

Big House with Great Backyard

We really enjoyed our stay at this home! It's very large, allowing plenty of room for our 8 adults and 5 toddlers. There are two living rooms, a dining room and large kitchen so lots of room to spread out. The gated pool and playground make it a very toddler friendly backyard. The weather was mid 90's so we didn't end up heating the pool and the water was a little cold but great for that warm of weather. There's lots of walking paths around and a few playgrounds, but this neighborhood isn't near a lot of fun restaurants if that's what you're looking for! The house was clean and had all of the basics needed!

Great place to stay! Very clean , beautiful, spacious home. . My 4 year old granddaughter never wanted to leave the backyard. We did pay the extra money to have the pool heated , which allowed for more time during the day in the pool. We have stayed at multiple homes throughout the Mesa/Scottsdale/Gilbert area and this was definitely our favorite. We will definitely rent this facility again. ALSO , Megan was always very responsive for any questions that we had both prior to our stay and during our stay.

The place was as expected. It had plenty of room and activities like a pool table to entertain our teenagers.

Large home great for a big family

Beautiful back yard pool & hot tub. Play ground for kids Safety fence around pool! Large well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed our stay!

Loved this space! Felt bigger than the pictures showed. Plenty of space on for our group of 11! Even with three of us working for part of the time. We paid to heat the pool which was a must with a toddler! We would stay here again!

Ironhorse Rocks!

We truly love the layout of the home, it is a great environment for family gatherings! The kitchen is perfect for meal preparation and helps to accommodate for fun dinners at home and for the family to gather in! The roominess allows for many activities to occur inside or outside for hours of enjoyment. Plenty of opportunities for conversations and games and fun! Our family had a great time!

Spring Baseball Trip

Absolutely perfect property for a group of traveling baseball families and players playing in a tournament at the Arizona Athletic Grounds. We had zero issues from arrival to departure; just an awesome home! Highly recommend!

Family Spring Break Getaway

This was perfect venue for us and our married kids and grandkids ranging in ages from 2 1/2 to 9. They loved the play area and pool and there was plenty of room to spread out. A lot of amazing memories created!

Work Trip Getaway

Our team was out for a long stressful week. This place provided a ton of space for everyone to decompress and alot of privacy. Everything about the property was great!

Gilbert property

Our family stayed there while traveling for a wedding. There were 5 adults and two children. We had plenty of room. The park near the home was very nice too

Family Time

We had a great 10-day family gathering with 14 all adults spanning 3 generations. The communication, check-in process, and house details were fantastic. Pool and games were very enjoyable and love the location. We completely enjoyed our stay and highly recommend. One suggestion for staying here is to bring a Bluetooth speaker to enjoy some music as there is no stereo to use, but lots of nice tv’s in the house.

Great amenities

We loved the pool, hot tub, pool table, pickleball rackets, games…there was so much to do at the home and in the neighborhood. Megan was so prompt answering our questions and so helpful. We had a great time and would definitely rent there again and/or recommend to a friend.
