Our hotel offers an array of amenities including guest laundry, friendly front desk service, free parking and complimentary Wi-Fi. Each hotel room is equipped with modern conveniences such as refrigerators, microwave, Wi-Fi, flat screen tv with cable channels, iron and iron board. For added relaxation, we feature a swimming pool and spa, as well as a delightful breakfast- Subject to availability.
Our entire property has undergone a contemporary design upgrade, creating a visually appealing and guest friendly destination. To further enhance convenience, there is indoor elevators, ensuring easy access to all floor. Hotel's location is most ideal attractions within driving distance, families can enjoy the fun at Water park, Comal park nearby, SeaWorld at San Antonio, Canyon Lake, explore the captivating Natural Bridge Caverns, Wildlife Ranch, surrounded by market places, food stores, restaurants and bars. We are conveniently situated within a 7 minute drive of Comal river, Schlitterbahn Water Park, HEB store is just 1.6 miles away, Picturesque Guadalupe River. The nearest airport is located at San Antonio(35m) and Austin(SUA)(45m) This town is fast growing and on main highway IH-35. The weather is comfortable all through the year. In this big town there are business travelers, tourist attractions, frequent transporter stay facility. Free Breakfast- 2 Types of Cereals, 2 Types of Milk, 2 Types of Juice (Orange and Apple), 2 Types of Fruit (Apple and Banana), White Bread & Wheat Bread, Strawberry Jam, Peanut Butter, Muffin, French fries or Chips. USD 100 damage deposit per stay is required on arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded 7 days after check-out, as long as there isn't any damage to the property. Pet fee - USD 25 per pet per night. There is a cleaning fee, maintenance fee, a contingency fee and an additional charge for each extra person at the property.

My wife and I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights while visiting New Braunfels to float the Comal River, and we had a great stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and plenty big enough for the two of us. Check-in was easy, and the location was perfect close to the river, restaurants, and everything else we wanted to do. It made getting around simple and stress-free. There is a pool however we didn't use it only because we were out all day. We'd definitely stay here again the next time we're in New Braunfels.

Manager was nice and helpful. Not fancy, but very clean and everything worked. Beds were fantastic.

Roches every where in the room and the bed was very hard and no Coffie in the room or in lobby. terrible breakfast just cereal.

Not worth the money spend a little more and stay elsewhere.

The property was dirty, no landscaping at all. Keys to room constantly failed. Handle to bathroom door fell off forst time it was used. I give it a 2 out of 5.

Disappointing

Hotel has a laundry left in the washer to long smell, walls, floors, and bedding was absolutely nasty. The pillows we were given were small basically decor pillows, when we asked for more, front desk acted like it was a huge deal. We put our “room service needed” sign up and the only thing they did was take our towels, we did not get new ones and they didn’t take our trash. I went to the front and asked for trash bags so we could change it our self and the lady was rude and told us it was our fault they didn’t change the trash. Also weird and probably not the actual hotels fault but our microwave kept turning on by itself, like in the middle of the night while everyone was in bed.

We had a great stay. The location was wonderful and the employees were kind. I do think that the room I booked was for 2 queens when in reality they were both a double bed, but we made it work!
