Mardi Gras Central, 1 Block to River Center, Minutes to LSU

Thanks for your information again. We checked the unit and found the garbage disposal locked up and retained food particles that began to smell. No one ever mentioned this to us until now and we fixed it in less than 5 minutes. It must be noted we were in contact when you arrived and mentioned this. I was going to coe address as I always do but you said it was not something I needed to address. We have lots of reviews on the other site with this unit and they're all good.

Sorry for your troubles. We had a fatal software crash that double booked reservations, wiped out reservations, took 2 reservations and combined into one meaning if someone left we didn't know there was a back to back reservation, just showed one. I could go on. It was devestating. We found and solved the problem. It effected about a half dozen reservations and you were one. Can't tell you how sorry I am. But the issues have been resolved.

Complete total lies. This person has tried everything and come up with all sorts of reasons to get a refund that her cancellation policy didn’t allow. We have 16 units and the highest speed internet for all. Our tvs are smart tvs and only work with internet. No one else in the building had a problem. She booked for two weeks maybe for work and her inability to figure out how to connect her hardware may have been a reason to find another place. Then she came up with the story that she had a “feeling” someone entered her place. When questioned why she believed that she couldn’t give a reason. I asked if anything was stolen? No. I asked if any thing was messed up or damaged? No. No proof of anything just a feeling. Since she couldn’t get me to agree to waive her cancellation agreement she went around me to see if she could convince VRBO to give a refund so the story kept getting bigger. While in the phone with VRBO they told her I would have to agree with a refund. They put her in hold and called me. They connected us three way. While on a recorded line she backtracked on the place not being clean and ready. So that was her first lie she backtracked on. Nothing she said in the three way called proved anything or justified a refund. Later while I spoke with VRBO about this I was informed she …
