Thank you for your detailed feedback. We’re sorry to hear the AC system didn’t meet your expectations on the hotter days. Please know the system has been serviced, and we continue to monitor it to ensure it performs as efficiently as possible. Regarding sheets and towels, we offer guests the option to bring their own or rent them, which many guests appreciate as it helps keep costs down. The companies in our area that provide linens automatically charge without giving guests a choice, so we try to offer flexibility. We’ve also shared your comments about cleaning with our housekeeping team to make sure the home is maintained to the highest standard. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving for future guests.

I am sorry that you were dissatisfied, however this house is listed as without wifi, so that should have come as no surprise. AT&T has very reliable cell service in this part of Texas, all other providers service is sketchy at best. We have repaired the rail that got broken during your stay, and inspected the rest and found them to be secure. All of the TV's and remotes tested and found to be in working order with the exception of one which needed batteries. We keep an ample supply of batteries just in case they are needed. All you need to do is call, and we are more than happy to promptly deliver them to you. As for the rest, Ill just say that we have many families who return to this beautiful home year after year, who love the spacious open home, the wonderful views of the West Texas hill, and enjoy having the private pool and cabana. They have never once complained about our professional cleaning crew, and they always enjoy their stay. I am truly sorry that you did not.
