The property is situated on the outskirts of the village. The residence is popular due to the view from the property of the mountains and its quiet and secluded location. Available for use: children's playground, swing, climbing frame, barbecue facilities, and garden furniture. Seating area made of rustic wood with barbecue facilities. Trampoline with a diameter of 3.6 m, slide, fallow deer enclosure. In the guesthouse (for a fee): snowmobile ride, sauna (on request), solarium, table tennis, fitness equipment, hot tub.

The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. The holiday apartment is located next to a guesthouse. All facilities of the guesthouse can be used. Access is via a field or forest path (paved, length 100 m). Parking space (for 1 car) on the property.
