Everything we were looking for in a get away cabin. Totally relaxing. The view is gorgeous. We were blessed and saw a bear walking across the backyard the second day we were there. Not being right in Gatlinburg was nice and quiet. A great breakfast is at Trish’s Mountain Diner, it’s not far from the cabin.

I am so happy... scratch that... the WHOLE family was so happy that we stayed here...a very private beautiful log home that was famiky orientated... clean as a whistle and relax-comfortable style. Would easily stay here again if in the area. Host was available quckly...

This was our 2nd stay at this cabin. Everything about the place was perfect! The cabin was clean, kitchen was stocked, gas fireplace was so enjoyable, and view was incredible! The host communicated well and we had super easy check-in and check-out. We will definitely be back!

Love this place!

This cabin was beautiful and felt so homey! We absolutely loved it and even got to see three bears while we were there! The view is AMAZING!

Weekend getaway

This was the second time that we have stayed at this property and it was wonderful again. The location is great and so are the views. Communication with the owners was great. We will definitely try to stay here again.

Great way to celebrate our 30th anniversary

We have been coming to Cobbly Nob for over 25 years and this cabin was by far the best and most accomodating we have stayed.

Best cabin!

We had a fantastic time. Hosts were so communicative and helpful, cabin was amazing and clean. Great views and perfect place to be refreshed! We will for sure be back!

Beautiful inside & out

We loved this place. The layout was great for our family. It was very clean, well decorated, plenty of blankets and towels. It’s a little far from town, but very peaceful.

Long weekend trip

We had a great stay at Northern Dream. The view of the mountains was spectacular, and the cabin was very clean and comfortable. Just as advertised. We will definitely be back!

Great cabin with a view

The house is very nice with high end furnishings. The view is fantastic. It was a great place to relax after a day of hiking in GSMNP. It had everything we needed and the guide sent before check-in with the directions was very clear.

Smokey Mountain Road Trip

Wonderful view on the back deck. We relaxed in the evenings with Prosecco and coffee in the am. Clean, comfortable and a perfect getaway! Definitely would recommend to others!

Perfect cabin!!!

Such a beautiful cabin!!! Very clean!!!! It’s so cozy and well stocked with everything you would need in a vacation rental! Our family has stayed at several vacation rentals over the years and this one, by far, has been the best one yet! The owners were great to work with and made sure everything was perfect during our stay!

Fall getaway

Wonderful cabin in a great location! This was the most seamless Vrbo rental we have had to date. Our hosts were great communicators and provided excellent instructions prior to us arriving. We were blow away by the breathtaking views from the back wraparound deck! We will definitely plan another trip!

A Bearry Wonderful Getaway

I'm glad we took the time to get away. The property was beautiful outside and inside. So much attention to detail in the decor and ammenities. We were content to spend much of our time in the cabin. We saw several bears and even a family of bears while there.

Mardi Gras vacation

While everyone was headed to Louisiana for Mardi Gras, we decided to leave. This was the perfect get away. The cabin was very clean and accommodating with the BEST views. Good location, not too far from downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Hope to be able to come back soon!

Can't wait to stay again

This house was so wonderful. From the location, to the view, to the house itself. We will definitely be repeat visitors. We stayed during spring break with our young kids and it was great to be a bit out of town for such a busy week. The house is exactly as pictured, very clean and well-stocked for our week-long stay. We could not have asked for a better place for our trip!

Relaxing view

Beautiful relaxing view, saw bears a couple times along the road. Lovely cabin only drawback, loft bedrooms have no doors, only curtains that can be drawn.

Im upset to see our first non-5 star review. I work hard to make sure our guests have an excellent 5-star stay. I feel that this review is a bit unwarranted. The reason why is because the cabin listing clearly states that there is a LOFT bedroom, which by definition means the room is open. The listing photos also clearly show the loft bedroom from multiple angles. I am upfront and transparent about this so that expectations are set amongst guests. There is no false advertising here whatsoever. If you don't like loft bedrooms, then maybe consider a different cabin next time!

Wonderful!

Beautiful and very clean. Wonderful views! Had everything we needed in the cabin as far as cooking, etc. Saw bears every night! Private and very cozy cabin! We had a great time! Thank you!
