Enjoyable Stay

Our family of 6, kids ages 2-13, had a wonderful stay. The location was great for everyone in our family. The tiki bar, outdoor pool and hottub, playground, and marina are all within steps from the front door. So convenient for us! If you dont want loud music playing after 9p, this may not be the place for you, but for us it was absolutely wonderful and the communication from the host was great. We will be back in the future!

Excellent location, great condo

Condo was beautiful and owner was so responsive and helpful. Condo was really clean and updated. The location of the condo was awesome. Easy walk to the pool for the kids and easy walk to the bar for adults! It’s a very accessible condo as well. You can park right by it and it’s ground floor. No steps or hills to navigate. Would highly recommend!

Great location, beautiful condo

The condo was very nice, clean, spacious, perfect for our family. It was equipped with everything we needed. The location is also a plus, corner condo a few steps from the pools and Tiki Bar & Grill and steps away from the lake. The only down side, which is more on the Resort, was that the restaurant closes at 8p and bar at 9p during the week. Also the resort should have assigned parking for the guests. Tiki bar is pretty packed by locals on the weekend so there is no parking for the paying guests. The resort should also clean up the lake shore area behind the condos so it could be accessible for the guests. My kids would've loved to swim in the lake but there was twigs sticking out and some young trees coming up. Aside from that, the place was Great, we had an amazing time exploring Branson.

Thank you for being our guests and for the great review! Our water in the lake is way above normal so the plants that are normally along the shoreline are now underwater which is why you saw the young trees sticking up.

Nice, cozy stay!

It was clean and had enough beds for my whole group. The bunk beds are on the small side and have a railing, which in the picture they did not, so I wouldnt plan on an adult sleeping in them, but they were great for younger to school aged kids. Also the couch is not a sleeper sofa like I thought the description said, but the recliners laid pretty flat. Other than that though, it was very clean and updated. It had everything we needed including 2 sets of washers and dryers. Great view of the lake from the property, and within easy walking distance to the lake. If it wasnt in the off season, it looked like there was a lot to do on the property. It also looked like they were working on a lot of up keep and improvements on the grounds.The owner was also very responsive when I had questions. Had a great stay!

Nice Location

Overall, this place was nice for a short stay. The pictures did not match the unit we stayed in. I believe the host owns multiple units and took one set of pictures and posted the same pictures for each unit she owns, so you may want to check with her on the unit you want to clarify what it looks like (we had different furniture than what was pictured). It was very clean but we did have issues with ants in the kitchen (we found an old candy cane under a seat cushion by a kitchen window that caused the ants). The fire place did not work and the host said someone was going to show up to fix it, but he never did. The walls are very thin so you can hear everything on the floor above you so it was difficult to get sleep at night. The host was a great communicator and the location was perfect. Very close to a lot of attractions and you are right by the lake. I would still recommend this to family and friends.

Great trip

Even after a little snafu with the reserved property not being available, Karen helped to make it work for us. The property was nice and well kept. We went over Thanksgiving, so the whole place was quiet. Close to Silver Dollar City, and only a short drive to Branson. I would imagine it would be a great place to stay during the lake season with the location as well.

Great location

My only complaint would be some of the resort amenities like the tennis court needed maintenance and the lights for court didn’t work. The restaurant was good, Marina is amazing, and the location is perfect to enjoy the lake, Silver Dollar city or the Branson strip.

Spacious Rental

The lake is beautiful and pools are good. The restaurant on property is delicious. The rental was very spacious family had plenty of room.
