Inside, y’all have 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and a spacious living area complete with a photo wall. The kitchen is brimming with supplies, including a blender so get ready to whip up some pina coladas (or fruit smoothies, we like both). Have a few outfit changes while you’re here? There is a washer + dryer in house so don’t “sweat” it (I tried to be punny lol).

Tacos and coffee shops are rad, why not take a 5 minute walk to both… because you can. A quick 4-minute Uber to a playground for your tastebuds gives you the choice of irresistible Italian at Intero (1.4 miles), french flair at Justine's (0.8 miles), BBQ bursting with flavor at La Barbeque (1.6 miles), rich ramen (Tatsu-Ya 2.1 miles), and for those who seek the magic of mixology we suggest Whisler’s (1.8 miles away).

Whether you're feeling fancy and wanna sit down or prefer the quirky charm of food trucks, this place has you covered. And don't even get us started on the bars – they serve everything from craft brews to scrumptious bites.

Friday night plans? You've hit the jackpot! East Austin's got a whole strip of bars and music venues along East 6th, 7th, and 12th Streets. • The pool is currently unavailable for maintenance. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
• To help ensure a safe and trusted experience for all guests, ID verification may be required after booking.

PETS:
• A pet fee of $50/pet per stay will be added at the time of booking if the pet is added to the reservation. If no pet is declared during booking, we will collect the fee separately. A maximum of 2 pets per stay is allowed, but please note that Pit Bulls aren’t allowed.
• If you have more than one pet, please note that an extra fee of $50 per pet will also be collected after booking confirmation.

Swimming Pool:
• Pool heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $75/ night and must be purchased for the entire stay.
• Our maintenance team comes by every Wednesday and Sunday to service the pool and keep it in tip-top shape.
• Sorry but the pool is for people only, no doggy paddling allowed.
