Welcome to beautiful Kincardine! A quaint beach town on Lake Huron. Enjoy all the comforts of home while on vacation! Fully equipped kitchen, patio with Weber BBQ, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths! 60 inch tv with excellent wifi! Parking for 2. A 5 minute drive to the beach or a 1 minute walk to the Davidson Centre, which includes an excellent playground & splashpad! Brayden's Place has it all!!! Ideal for families.

When booking a Saturday, Friday must be booked with it when available. When booking a Canadian or Ontario statatory holiday weekend, Friday, Saturday & Sunday must be booked together when available. Thank you!

The unit is exceptionally clean The beds are comfortable The are a lot of stairs which were a bit of a challenge for my 86 yr old mother Wine was a nice touch

Great location

Wonderful location, close to grocery store and town centre, quiet neighbour hood. Home is very clean with all amenities would definitely recommend and stay again, Thank you!

Braydon’s place

We stayed at Braydon’s Place this summer, had a GREAT TIME. The place was immaculate, beds so comfortable, and close to everything. We will definitely be going again!

Great host and place to stay

Great place to stay for our visit to Kincardine! Mark was a fantastic host who checked in regularly and responded to questions within minutes. Location is a bit away from the centre; very convenient if you have a car and/or like to walk. Would definitely stay here again.

Our Work stay Kincardine

Our stay at Marks was perfect for our work trip visit. This property is in a great location. It is clean and Mark is very easy to communicate with. Overall a thumbs up

Great stay!!

It's even prettier n person as in the pictures, spotless clean, great communication, nice neighbors, comfy beds, great kitchen-what else do you need for a nice trip? aaahh location! Kincardine is dang cute and it's not too far to Bruce Peninsula. The only Con: We were a bit sad when leaving

We stayed at Braydens place for 3 nights. Everything was great, lots of room, everything we needed was there. Mark is a great host and easy to get ahold of if needed. Will definitely keep this place in mind for the next time.

Lots of room

Easy booking. Lots of room extremely clean and Mark was available for questions anytime. Even turned on the AC remotely when he knew it was a scorcher ! Great experience overslly

Convenient location

My family had a great stay in the unit! It was very convenient for them to be within walking distance of downtown Kincardine/the beach (about 15-20 min. walk) and the grocery store (about 10 min. walk). The unit was very clean and comfortably slept 3 couples. The host was very attentive and quick to answer any questions we had throughout the stay. We also appreciated the cleaning service halfway through the stay to keep things fresh. Thank you!

Kincardine stay

Our five night stay at Brayden’s Place was exactly what we expected. It is a clean property with enough space for our family of four. The kids liked being able to walk to the park and splash pad and they loved sleeping in the bunk beds. The beach is a short drive with lots of parking. Our host checked in with us upon arrival and after the first night to ensure everything was okay, which was thoughtful. Overall we enjoyed our Kincardine stay.

The place was even better than it appeared in the pictures. The air hockey table was an added bonus. It was spacious and clean. Comfortable beds, nice layout, lots of towels, small bag of beach items including a volleyball. Communication was excellent. Price was on par with similar listing.

Great location, lots of stairs

The place was super clean and comfy and the location was great. Mark was very responsive. The place is a quad level with lots of stairs so not the best for someone with knee problems, but perfect otherwise
