Ideal Vacation Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I loved the amenities and location of this house. We have young children and the toys, games, bikes and surf boards were much appreciated. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. The house was beautifully decorated and located on a quiet road.

Family Vacation

Property was in great condition and was what was expected from the pictures. The air conditioning and fans were not easy to operate and the 1st floor was a toasty 79 the entire week. Not ideal. Also if you are staying to enjoy the amenities know that we were informed only 10 minutes before they closed the pool for a members event (3:00 on a Friday).

Thank you! Sorry to hear about the A/C. We will be sure to have that checked. UPDATE: New A/C and heating units have been installed serving the first floor.

Great home

This year they added a beach cruiser to their bike collection which was a wonderful and appreciated addition.

Nice home in a good location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures of this home don’t do it justice. The floor to ceiling windows and tall ceilings are breathtaking. The decor is beachy and all the decks are glorious. I was originally worried about the location from the amenities but it’s an easy bike ride to the pool. The community is quiet and nice for the kids to bike around in. The only thing I felt the house was lacking were 20 inch bikes for the kids. They do have large adult bikes and little kids but nothing for teens. We were able to rent these from the concierge but I would recommend calling ahead so you don’t need to wait.
