Sitting on the first floor, East 102 offers first-floor access to the resort's private beach from your patio. The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, and much more. East 102’s unique and convenient features make it the perfect spot for your next Destin vacation!

Silver Beach Towers is currently undergoing a waterproofing project to the exterior of the building. This project is estimated to be completed in late summer 2025, weather permitting. As they are progressing through the project, Guests staying at Silver Beach Towers may experience temporary disruptions - including restricted access to North facing balconies, balcony furniture being brought indoors, and the closure of certain common areas, including parking spaces. Guests will have full access and enjoyment of the Gulf facing balconies. Compass Resorts will work with guests affected by the construction to provide the best vacation experience possible. East 102 offers an inviting open-concept living area. You’ll find the perfect space for family and friends to relax together around the large flat-screen TV. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the furnished beachfront patio. The gated patio offers direct access to the resort’s beachfront swimming pools and 600 feet of private beach. The dining area offers seating for four with an additional two seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size stainless-steel appliances and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together.

All three of the bedrooms are beachfront and have access to the condo’s second beachfront patio. The large master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, and flat-screen TV. The master bathroom features a jacuzzi bathtub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. One guest bedroom has a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and attached full bathroom with a walk-in shower. A second guest bedroom has a queen bed, a twin over twin bunk bed, and flat-screen TV. Just steps from both the second guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Silver Beach Towers provides beach service set-ups (2 chairs, 1 umbrella) for a fee through a third party from March 1 - October 31. The first set-up for guests of this condo is available for a discounted rate of $30 per day, and additional set-ups can be reserved at $65 per day. Beach service reservations can be made once your Compass Resorts reservation is confirmed, and detailed instructions will be sent to you.
