Great location on a quiet street, 10 minutes from downtown

Beautiful setting, lots of deer, so quiet and comfortable. The beds were super. Great quality sleep for days chock full of activity. Everything we needed and so much space! Thank you!

Plenty of room in a great neighborhood up on the hill. Close to everything in Missoula. Description is on point.

Great family home

Property was just as described. It was a great home base for us and was very clean and comfortable—AC. Kitchen was so well-stocked (thank you for the coffee and beverages!) and we especially enjoyed dinners on the deck and watching the deer in the backyard. Basement and bunk bed room were so fun for the kids and cousins. Would definitely stay again.

Home away from home

We absolutely loved the house! It was as advertised! The house was perfect and the yard and deck were fabulous! We even had a deer and squirrel visit us! ☺️ If possible we will definitely stay here again and absolutely recommend you to friends and family!! We couldn’t find a room because of an event in town but turns out we found something way better! Thanks again to Greg and his team!!!

Great house - not too far away

We were traveling through Montana with another couple and choose to stay here. The house is two levels which was great because it gave us separate living quarters. The house is about a $25 Uber ride to downtown. There’s a nice deck where you can watch the neighborhood deer eat apples. The neighborhood is also very quiet and the host were great communicators and very hospitable.

Enjoyed the view from the deck and many deer visitors. Lots of room for our family or four. There is a pet smell that lingers as the carpets probably need to be replaced. Also, could not get the mini van into the driveway due to its low clearance. A larger SUV or pickup would not have this issue.

Great stay! Easy checkin and the house is awesome. Close to town in a great neighborhood. The house itself is nice with an amazing patio and bbq. Our family hung out ans enjoyed the house. We cooked several nights during our stay super easy kitchen to cook in.

Very nice home with beautiful views Was a great location for watching our kids at divisional track meet A bonus my granddaughters saw a doe and fawn in the huge back yard It was well stocked with what we needed Even sandwich baggies for taking lunches to the track meet and a sharpie to write names on the baggies Was a nice house and comfortable beds!

House as described

The house was as described. Definitely dated. My only complaint is that the floors could have used a vaccuum/broom-particularly in entrance and on stairs. When we had issues with our flights, i tried to contact the owner who was unresponsive.

Great place for family reunion

We enjoyed hosting dinners for our family here. Our grandson loved sledding in the backyard. Owner was helpful.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and in very good shape. The deck had a great view and the deer in the yard added that special touch. The house made our Montana trip even better! Allan Bounds

Wonderful place!

The whole family enjoyed this house. It was a perfect location for day trips to all the great spots and hikes. A perfect backyard for the kids to run around in. The hosts were amazing with communicating, safe wonderful neighborhood!
