Our stay was perfect and peaceful, kids had an amazing time in the water. Paddle boat was the best part of the trip for them. We want to than k you for your hospitality and love you put into the home it was clean. Had everything needed to relax and enjoy family time for sure. Thank you for having us at you home it was amazing so worth the long drive.

Great quiet lake cabin, perfect for our weekend

This cabin was just perfect for what we wanted this weekend - a nice, quiet relaxing weekend for some good family time. Plenty of supplies for our stay, comfortable furnishings and beds. And easy communication with the owner/manager who was more than helpful with our stay. I would highly recommend this place for a wonderful lake vacay.

Great location!

Loved the property! It was right on the water and very peaceful. We fished, hung out and played games!! The owner was great to work with and very nice!!! We will definitely stay again!!

We had and excellent stay!!

We really enjoyed our time. The house is great and the garage apartment worked out great for my son and his friend. We brought jet skis and were able to bring them up to the dock and we swam at the dock! It was such a great getaway!

Family fishing vacation

3 pre-teens enjoyed floating and hanging out in the cove. Paddle boat was a PLUS! 1 year old loved hanging out on the secured fenced in patio. Great decking for no splinters for wet feet. Definitely recommend! Owners were accessible with all our needs.

We enjoyed our stay and will be returning for a longer stay soon. Boat dock is a little hard to access due to the growth but a little clean up and it's a perfect place to spend your time. Thx

Great lake place.

The property was extra clean and the buildings and grounds are very well maintained. The home is stocked with anything that can be expected in a short term rental and more. We had a great time.

Beautiful place to have a retreat

Met with friends for spiritual retreat. The neighborhood was safe, quiet and in a good location to access all that Limestone Lake could offer. Beautiful back deck, comfortable bed and all the kitchen items and basic spices you need.

Family reunion

Great Lake Property

We really enjoyed our stay and especially building fires in the cold weather! The manager was extremely kind and easy to work with during our stay. It is a bit of a drive out, so be ready for some country roads. This is not the property owners fault, but just for transparency there are lots of loose dogs (over 10) on nearby properties to be mindful of on your stay. Some are car chasers and stay out in the road.

Fabulous fishing fun

Very cozy and clean. Great space for a great weekend fishing trip with friends. So peaceful, loved sitting by the fire pit enjoying the quiet. We all had a blast. Wish the water was higher but nothing to do about that. Our favorite fishing spot was very close anyway. Would definitely do it agan.

Perfect for a getaway from city life

Everything was perfect. The only thing was the water on the dock was low so we had to move closer to the center of the lake but it was fun regardless. It had everything we needed and more. The host was very quick to respond to any questions and had a beautiful house on a secluded, quiet place to relax and getaway.

Beautiful view and lovely place, well stock.

We were very comfortable in the house it was clean and very well stocked. The boys stayed in the garage apartment it was a little warm thank goodness for cooler weather, not sure it would have been comfortable in the heat of summer. The rest of the house was great. Plenty of space and bedding. Neighbor dogs were kind of a nuisance, friendly but still running around. We had a lovely time.

Country Paradise on the Water

Anything but Country Paradise. We could understand and deal with house being under remodeling/deck upgrades, yard being mowed prior to arrival but....host should have informed us of numerous issues with dogs next door. Expected to have a relaxing time staying but due to dogs constantly barking, not much sleep at night was experienced. We managed to make the best of it but constant dog barking definitely hard to overcome. Won't be staying or recommending this place to anyone,

Upon arrival to the house we discovered that the bed in the spare room was not what was shown in the online photos of the house. The bed frame was broken and we had to find some wood in the garage to prop up the frame and the mattress was not comfortable. The toilet paper holder in the hall bathroom was broken off the wall and laying on the floor. I sent an email to the owner making her aware of these problems and she thanked me so she could address them. However, it was not taken care of while we were there. The family room had cobwebs and bugs in them all around the room near the ceiling. I could not live with this all week so I took the vacuum to the ceiling to clean it up. I made her aware of this and once again she thanked me for making her aware and said they had changed cleaning services recently. On our last day there my husband was in the bedroom with the door shut and when he tried to open the door the lock would not work.The latch was stuck in the frame of the door.Thankfully, he always travels with a small tool kit and had it in the room so he could take the lock apart and remove it so he could get out of the room. The upper living space above the garage is a nice space, but it smelled like cigarettes. It was an overwhelming odor and therefore we could not use this space. Despite all of this, we enjoyed time with our family who lives in the area. The house could be nice if properly maintained and cleaned. I hope the owner makes the effort to do so.

My family enjoyed this lake house. The kitchen had the supplies we needed, there was plenty of bedding and towels for everyone and the space was sufficient. Unfortunately the upstairs bedroom was quite warm and the window unit was able to catch-up between check-in and bedtime because of the July heat. After the first night it did cool off. Thankfully a new foldable bed had been added to the master bedroom area so the family that was to sleep in the additional room was able to fit into the main house. The back deck gave additional dinnertime gathering space. The kiddos enjoyed the paddleboat. The boat slip space was a little hairy but we manage in and out with no problems. The outdoor space was quiet and peaceful. Overall a wonderful stay.

Relaxing Comfortable Stay

We had a great stay, the home was very Beautiful, Relaxing & Comfortable. Even though the lake had low water levels due to the drought we still enjoyed our stay. Everyday we were welcomed with a family of deer in the morning and evening. The property owners are great and very responsive to any question you may have. Pls. remember to stock up on groceries for long stays the nearest grocery store is is just over 30 minutes away. Cell reception is soso, texting does get through but once you connect to their WiFi it is better, it seemed to help us. We will definitely stay here again but I will be checking water levels for the lake so that I can do some fishing, paddle boating etc.. without having to go to the marina.
