Tastefully decorated 4-bedroom view house in Sierra Country Club. Relax on the spacious patio deck and enjoy the captivating sunset views looking out to the Juan de Fuca Strait and the Olympic Mountains.
This is a split level 3 bedrooms (with an additional game room), 3 bathroom single family home and is 2300 sqft, with a flat entry.
**Floor Plan**
• Upper floor: living room, dining, Primary bedroom with King bed and ensuite bathroom; another bedroom with Queen bed, full bath down the hallway, laundry, view balcony.
• Lower floor: Family room with high quality ice hockey table and dart board; kids room with two bunk beds (4 single beds); game room with floor cushions, pillows, tables, books, toys and boardgames

**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**Additional Info About the Home**
• Community pool: This home is part of the Sierra Country Club community which has a seasonal community pool. Pool usually opens around Memorial Day (~ end May) and closes around Labor Day (~ early Sep). There will be a $5/person charge at the door for each use of the pool.
• Cellphone signal can be spotty. You might want to enable Wi-Fi calling/texting if your carrier allows.
**About Fees & Pricing**
• The regular nightly rate covers 6 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 8 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.
• Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome; We charge $50/night for your pet(s) which have already been included in your invoice if you have selected pets on your reservation.
**House Rules**
• This is a pet friendly home; kindly refrain from allowing your pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
