You will appreciate the exceptional location on the famous pedestrian promenade of Guidel-Plages, facing the ocean. Leave your car in your secure garage and forget about it during your stay: beaches, coastal paths, restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlors, food shops, market, supermarket, casino... everything is less than a 5-minute walk away.
Explore the 2 fabulous coastal running trails or explore the Laïta by paddle, canoe, kayak or on foot from the apartment. Nearby, the Guidel-Plages marina and the Ploemeur Golf Course. For gourmets, many restaurants nearby, seafood and local gastronomy.
THE ACCOMMODATION
The apartment has a surface area of over 105 m2, located on the 2nd floor with elevator, can accommodate up to 4 people maximum.
Ideally facing South / West. You will wake up facing the sea, before having breakfast on the sunny terrace. During the day and in the evening, you will enjoy its sunny outdoor space until sunset (terrace, garden furniture), in a quiet area.
Every detail has been thought of so that you have an exceptional stay.
