With a Newly Constructed 2bedroom apartment about the garage (Feb 2024) this rental can cater to a larger group and has everything you need to maximize your stay. Spacious house with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a full kitchen, new kitchenette, a cocktail station, laptop desk, Smart TVs everywhere, garage game room, baby items, and fast wi-fi throughout. Enjoy the private Heated pool, which you are welcome to use at any time. The kitchen, living areas, game room and pool patio offer great spaces for entertaining. Pool water evaporates quickly. PLEASE use the garden hose to maintain the water level above the surface skimmer. Failure to keep the water level above the skimmer will turn off the heater.  ***$100 fee for a pool company to turn the heater back on.  Please do not adjust any pool settings.

***$140 non-refundable pet fee. No pets on furniture or beds. (If pets must sit on the furniture, place a towel down to protect the fabric.) Leash your pet. Clean up after your pet during your stay.

***$200 fee for overflowing trash bins or trash excess left behind.  Garbage collection is Monday and Thursday, recycle on Wednesday.  Please put bins out the night before to avoid $200 fee.

Family Vacation

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed to stay comfortably. We enjoyed the space, the grilling area and the pool! Communication with the property owner was great and he adressed any questions we had quickly.

We loved our stay here. The home was exactly as described and was convenient to our activities in St. Petersburg. The best part of the stay was the host, who was very responsive whenever we had a question for him.

Great place for family vacation!!

The house was wonderful! Perfect size for us, used the patio and pool lots! Only a short drive to beach and other activities! Host was very attentive and quick to respond to questions.

Great House for Large Group

We stayed at this property for five nights over New Years. We had 13 adults and this was a great house for all of our “framily.” Plenty of space for everyone and great amenities including heated pool, basketball goal, ping pong and a putting green. The kitchen is a little small but was well stocked. Close to beach too. We enjoyed our stay.

Breath of Fresh Air

This is the perfect family vacation home. It has plenty of space for everyone and a nice ice cream shop within walking distance. I will book again .

As Advertised; Excellent Host Communication

We loved this stay for our family vacation/reunion. The outdoor space is incredible and we loved the pool! Beds are comfortable and the house (and kitchen!) is well stocked with basic needs. We had a few issues/needs come up during our stay and the host was extremely responsive in managing our requests. Excellent location to beautiful Madeira Beach and quick access to Publix, Walmart, local restaurants, and right next door to a wonderful ice cream shop! Would recommend, and would stay again!

Great house for a big family/group

We had plenty of room for our large group and plenty of parking. Colby was very accommodating, and easy to get a hold of. Location was close to the beach and groceries/shopping. We loved being able to walk to the Dairy Joy every night for some desert.

3 generation beach trip

We had an amazing time during our stay. Home is nicely decorated, very clean, and close to John’s Pass. The garage area is perfect for the teens to hang out. Our granddaughter was so excited to merely walk for ice cream. Host was very responsive for any questions that I had. Would definitely stay again!

Family trip Maggie

This house is exactly what the photo show. perfect for kids and adults. Owner always responded super quick to any of our questions which I loved. House was clean and nicely decorated plus fully equipped with everything. Beds were super comfortable. Very close to beautiful beaches and restaurants plus an ice cream shop right behind the house was amazing. Loved our stay here

Night with friends

Colby was a great host who has a wonderful home with so many amenities. Great communication, a clean home, games and activities for everyone and every age! I definitely recommend Colby’s home whether your staying for a night for for a week!

Great home with lots of room

The home was very spacious and well stocked with all the necessities, plus extras! We really didn't need to purchase anything other than food. There were lots of games to keep the kids busy and the ice cream shop next door was an added treat.

Overall House was great and had so much room

House is on a neighborhood and they do want you to be quite a little early with a bigger party, it we didn’t have any issues. House is super cute and has lots of room for everyone

Family beach wedding vacation

We chose this property when we were planning a family beach wedding trip. The location was close enough to Clearwater Beach where the wedding was held, yet far enough away to be the perfect location. This was the perfect house for us with three generations of family. Plenty of room, clean, beautiful pool and awesome game room. Colby the host went above and beyond to make sure we were very comfortable here. Would definitely stay here again if the need arose. Thank you for Wonderful to.

BOOK THIS PROPERTY!!!

This property is unlike any other & especially for the price! 5 minute drive to a beautiful Gulf beach, 2 minutes to sprouts or Publix, 30 second walk to some of the best ice cream in town, 4 beds/3 baths & a loaded game room garage!? Are you kidding me! The host is very responsive & helpful in case you need anything! Can’t wait to stay here again in the near future!

Wonderful family retreat

We stayed at the Seminole property with my brother’s family, my elderly mom and dog. We had a wonderful time. The property was clean, well stocked and everything as pictured. Boys really enjoyed the basketball court, the garage hangout and the pool. Colby the manager was very communicative and took care of us very well. He was very responsive with the few small maintenance issues we had.I would rent the property again !

I went with my family group of 3 couples and kids we had such a beautiful time the house the bedrooms and the game room were spectacular 😁 I would suggest a tv in the room that's pink my father in law had no tv but other than that all was perfect that's just a suggestion them you at all definitely be back here next year

Perfect

This was perfect for 4 adults and 5 kids between 4yrs-11yrs. We enjoyed the time at the pool, the ability to walk to parks and Miller's Ale House, and the close proximity to the Catholic churches. This is a short drive to multiple beaches, John's Pass and so much more. Communication with Colby was an A+. Beds were comfy, game room was fun and kitchen was stocked. Felt like this was a great home for gathering people together but spacious if you needed alone time. Again, it was just perfect for us.
