Perfect winter hideaway

Love this place. Hidden of the road. Walking distance to one of the hottest bar restaurant in town. Great access to the lake.

Holiday in the Poconos!

3 generations of family rented this cabin on the lake for a Christmas holiday. There was plenty of space and activities for everyone.

Poconos vacation

We had a great week at Lake Naomi. The house was great…spacious and clean! We used the kayaks and the rowboat that were provided and had a blast! We checked out the boulder field in Hickory Run State Park (very impressive!) and hikes the Shades of Death Trail (don’t let the name deter you it was a great hike). We would definitely return.

Perfect for a family ski trip!

“The cabin in the woods” was a perfect setting for a ski weekend with our 3-generation family of 12. What a beautiful great room, with a cozy fireplace, lovely views of the lake through the pine trees, and plenty of room for all of us to hang out. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking family meals; the house had plenty of comfy beds for all of us, and everything was very clean. The kids loved going out to play on the frozen lake and along its shore. We just may have to come check it out in the summer too!

Winter Getaway

We had a wonderful time at this property! Even before check-in, communication with the property owner was excellent. We walked into a very clean and welcoming cabin. The owners even had the heat running for us upon our arrival on a cold snowy day. The cabin was exactly as described with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The kitchen was fully stocked and made cooking meals very easy. The view of the lake is beautiful and literally right in front of the house. And the house's location to Camelback, Jack Frost and Big Boulder is excellent (all within 20 minutes). We already booked our next stay!!!

Amazing winter cabin trip!

Came up as a family of four to “get away” from everything for a couple nights. This place was perfect, exactly what we were looking for. Down a quiet private road (but close access to the main road and restaurant), easy walk down to the lake (frozen over, which was fun for our kids). A bunch of kids ice skating nearby. The house itself had an awesome cabin feel from the walls/ceilings to the loft to the big fireplace (which we had cranking the whole time). Place was extremely clean and very well-stocked with linens, towels, soaps, etc., as well as games and puzzles for the kids – they left no stone unturned. We’ll definitely be back. Appreciate you sharing your beautiful home with us, Shelby!

Amazing week at a beautiful home!

We had a wonderful week at the house on the lake! The pictures do not do it justice, it is truly a beautiful home and property. The house is very well appointed, comfortable, spacious, cozy, and beautiful. The view out of the living room down to the lake is stunning. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would ever need. And there are nice touches throughout the house that were greatly appreciated. The dock, fire pit and beach were amazing and we had wonderful afternoons and evenings doesn’t men there with our kids. The house is also walkable on a private road to the main beach club and we went there often given it was so close. We all had a great time and can’t wait to return next summer!

Excellent Home !!!!

This home was amazing ! I was nervous because there weren’t any other reviews but I was more than happy and it exceeded our expectations. It’s gorgeous !!!!! There is so much room and so many comfortable beds with thermostats in each room. The house was fully stocked with extras!!! Brand new tvs; games tj olay. It’s on a lake, but we came for a ski trip so didn’t check it out. I can’t even imagine renting this house in the summer it is on the lake. Highly recommend and will definitely come back next time we ski at Cakelback !!!!!
