Really enjoyed our stay. Perfect location and great view. Available beach chairs were very appreciated. Unfortunately, the washing machine wasn't working in the unit due to a malfunction but the host quickly tried to get it fixed. When that wasn't immediately possible, he quickly found us a laundry service and paid for the inconvenience. We would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent stay in beautiful Indian Rocks beach. Condo was perfect. Grounds were lovely and so nice! Parking was too crowded. Our second car had to park off property which was not ideal.

Highlight is definitely the large patio and the sunset views!!!! Amazing!! Also, the timely answers from Rick were GREATLY appreciated. He was the Best Owner we have EVER had at VRBO.

Yes, they were welcoming. Loved the location, the grounds were great. The beach was wonderful. Great restaurants in walking distance. very laid-back and comfortable family area. loved having a balcony overlooking the ocean very peaceful..

Amazing condo, everything was perfect. Great communication with the owners and they were available for anything we needed. The pool, hot tub, and beach were the best! Everything you need in the condo as well, we will definitely be back!

Rick was very accommodating and attentive to be sure everything went smoothly with check in and check out. Being the weather turned quite chilly during our stay, he even checked in with us to be sure we were staying warm. So kind and thoughtful. The condo itself was just as pictured and we found it to be very spacious, clean, and comfortable.

Wonderful week in IRB! Our second time at this condo which very comfortably accommodated 6 with room to spare. Everything was very nice and clean. Kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need and there were plenty of towels in bathrooms and for the beach. Washer and dryer worked great and is super handy. The view from the condo is amazing - you can hear the waves from the room. Hot tub and pool areas were busy but very clean and everyone was friendly. Grills worked great as well. Easy walk to Kooky Coconut and other restaurants. Thank you for opening your beautiful home to us again!

It is literally an "unfound gem" - and that could be because the location on the beach, direct ocean view and great restaurants nearby. As mentioned the nature preserve is a great walk - can literally "get away" - and at the end of the trail opens up to the harbor side. Lush, nice, nature - and a great peaceful walk that we mention on our listing but not always a priority for quick vacation goers. But again - - - right across the street and a great walk, Appreciate you mentioning of future guests and thank you for the review, Rick and Charlotte
