Welcome to Zank Farms. Newly renovated 1930s farmhouse conveniently located in the country yet minutes from town. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.

Just a short distance of 2.3 miles lies 6,024 acre Lake Wissota and Ray's Beach.

Wineries, Irvine Park, Lake Wissota State Park and Jake Leinenkugel Brewing Company are area points of interest.
The space
Charming 4 bedroom newly renovated farmhouse. Beautiful backyard views. Relax on the deck and grill out and maybe even catch a glimpse of deer and other wildlife.

Cozy rooms throughout the house. Kitchen is fully supplied with everything to make meals. Washer and dryer is provided to make your stay more convenient.

The house was fantastic! It was clean, had all the amenities we needed, was close to our family who live in the area, and the little touches were so kind. Our family visited and will suggest it to other family members who come to visit. Perfect stay!

Chippewa Falls

Wonderful property/home! Very clean and well maintained, tastefully decorated modern farmhouse. Worked great for our group aged 1 - 65. At the top of the list when compared to the many vacation homes we have stayed in.

Cute spot with great location

This was a great spot to get away for the 4th. The beds were super comfortable, the AC worked great and we were able to grill. We did have kids under 5 and we had to set quite a bit of stuff out of their reach as an FYI if you are bringing kids. Also, if you plan on doing a lot of cooking, I'd recommend bringing your own spices, oil and an extra cutting board.

Memorial Weekend Stay.

It was a wonderful house to stay in. Very clean. Very comfortable beds to sleep in, nice hot shower. Up the road was a wonderful meat market/small strip mall. It had about everything we forgot to bring. And the hot dogs from there were amazing! If we ever get out that way again, I would try to book this house again. We were there for a wedding. Thank you to the host!

It was very comfortable to stay, beautifully furnished, with excellent sleeping arrangements within 20 min drive to Eau Claire, and a few min to Chippewa falls.

Comfortable modern Farm House

We stayed at the Farm house for my daughter's wedding. It was clean, had plenty of room and comfortable. The location was perfect just 1/2 mile from hwy 29. Beds were very comfortable.

Weekend with friends.

Great getaway destination to get away from the city and enjoy country living. Place was extremely clean and brand new and provided everything we were looking for. Strongly recommend to others.

Cute farmhouse

Super cute and inviting home with great space for our group. Everything was so nice and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with on-“theme” dishes and bathrooms with plenty of towels. Overall everything was just lovely and I would definitely stay at this property again if we visit the area again.

Quiet Homestead

Such a cute farmhouse that works perfectly for our guests. Convenient location, quiet property with no nearby neighbors, even had a deer bedded in the yard one morning. They renovated it so nicely and was super clean. Highly recommend!

Hometown family gathering

It was a short, rainy October weekend with most of the family activities in the CF area. This house was perfect for quiet mornings and evenings. Next time we hope to spend more time in this beautiful house. Lots of unique touches and treats. We plan to stay again!

Beautiful country house and property!

A couple of my sisters and my niece stayed for a fun weekend away and had the best time! The house was everything we wanted. Very close to walking trails, shopping and restaurants but very quiet and private while at the house. We had everything we needed and more! We will definitely be back!

Country Fest

We had a girl's trip to Country Fest and we couldn't have been happier staying at the Farmhouse! The house is beautiful, spotless, and plenty of extra touches! Location was great for getting to the fest as well as the proximity to other things to do in the area. Just hope this house is still available for us next year! ;-)

Meticulous, charming farm

We cannot say enough about how great our stay was at this property, the house and and are beautiful. The renovations are exquisitely executed, thoughtful, and charming. It seriously looks like something that should be featured in a magazine for This Old House. :) The house was great for our 2 families with 4 kids. The kids were content to play in 1 of the 4 ginormous closets. And the yard and grounds are beautiful - photogenic barn and garage, lots of green space...our kids (5, 5, and 3) were superheroes and the 9 mo old watched on. Hosts were very helpful. We felt very well cared for. Thanks for a great stay!

Helicopter property owneers

First time using VRBO, looked at their site and your website which stated children and pets welcome. When arrived, immediate text from property owners, "pets not allowed, and told we would have to leave if we kept dog on property." Explained that I purposely went on VRBO site and saw no such limitations. Had 2 other adults search on the site for their "no pets allowed rule" , and it was very difficult for them to find also. They asked for an additional $100 fee to keep dog on property, but not allowed in the house. We agreed to this and the following morning at 5:32 am they came to the property to check up on us and at 6:00 am pounded on the door to tell us they did not see dog kennel outside and assumed we had the dog in the house, and therefore would have to leave the property. The dog kennel was outside in the truck and we complied with their rule as we told them we would. It felt like we were constantly being watched and listened to. Very unacceptable and uncomfortable situation and stay because if this behavior. The house accommodation itself was nice but the owners ruined our experience and added tension and stress to our family weekend with text message threats and constantly being watched and listened to through their RING devise. It's really too bad because it was a very nice home.
