Welcome to our Little Paradise in Key Largo. This comfy 3‑bed, 2‑bath canal front spot has everything you need ocean access, TVs in every room, internet, and a washer/dryer. Cruise around on the bikes, take out the two‑person canoe, kayaks, or paddleboard, fire up the BBQ, or drop a line with the fishing rods.
Dolphins Plus is just half a block away if you want to swim with dolphins, and Jacobs Aquatic Center plus great local restaurants like Key Largo Fisheries, Pilot House, and High Tide are all an easy walk. Kick back, take it slow.
The home features comfortable outdoor seating and a fire pit, perfect for spending time with family, reading a book, or enjoying the sunset.
Boating, fishing and Ocean Access
The Atlantic Ocean can be reached by boat via the bridge near the Dolphin Sanctuary. The bridge offers approximately 8 feet of vertical clearance at high tide and 10.3 feet at low tide. Clearance may fluctuate with tidal conditions and lunar phases, including new and full moons. Please confirm the available clearance and your boat’s dimensions before passing beneath the bridge.
An additional route to the Atlantic passes through the mangroves. This passage is accessible only at high tide, and boaters must assess water depth and conditions to determine whether it is suitable for their vessel. Use of this route is at your own risk and discretion.
Safety and Responsibility
Guests assume responsibility for boating and any other recreational activities during their stay. The hosts are not responsible for incidents involving guests or visitors while boating or participating in activities on the property. Children of all ages must remain under adult supervision at all times.

Christopher was an exceptional guest. Very considerate, respectful, and extremely clean. Communication was excellent throughout his stay, making everything easy and smooth. He took great care of the property and left it in perfect condition. I highly recommend him and would gladly host him again anytime.
