The property and house were wonderful; they were very comfortable and clean. The location was great, only 10 minutes from downtown Sandpoint.

This spot was GORGEOUS! I would definitely book again. The only thing was that there were no espresso pods, but everything else was great!

Great place. Really enjoyed the paddle boards and the backyard with the fire pit and jacuzzi.

Amazing stay in an awesome home.

The house was perfect.l, it was everything you could ask for: comfortable, clean and had excellent accommodations. They were great hosts with an amazing home, I will def be coming back.

Gorgeous property for a family of all ages

Our family had a wonderful time at this gorgeous property. It provided everything we needed to relax and unwind. And the surrounding area had plenty to offer as well! I would definitely recommend a stay here for a family of all ages.

Beautiful and comfortable home

Wonderful home that is spacious and well laid out. Check in process was smooth, communication was proactive and the home is everything it looks to be in the photos. I would absolutely stay here again.

Well appointed lovely home in a charming setting

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. The kitchen was fully equipped; the house impeccably clean and well furnished with fun (ping pong table, fooze ball) for cooler days and the views/access from the kitchen and living room of the river a dream.

Great Lake House

We had a great time at this property. It’s very nice both inside and out and a great spot for a family vacation. It’s a quieter neighborhood so if you’re a louder group the chance of a noise complaint is high if you’re outside offer dark. Overall I’d highly recommend the property.

"Can we just live here?"

This is an absolutely stunning property and is amazingly appointed and designed. The common area of the house is stunning, cozy, and super functional to host all the guests in a comfortable fashion. The appliances are very upleveled and the kitchen is fully stocked. This place was perfect for adults and kids alike--we only wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful property!

Lake life

We had multiple age groups with us. This house allowed each of us to have our own space and so close to the long bridge for easy shopping access. We miss Sagle already

Beautiful home!

We throughly enjoyed our stay! The house was immaculate and had everything we could want. My children (including teens) had a blast with the fusbol & ping pong tables and paddle boards. We had a few friendly rounds of cornhole on the lawn. The views were lovely! Kitchen had everything I needed and was so fun to cook in! Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful home!

Beautiful home with every amenity!

We had an amazing trip to Sandpoint and loved the home. We used the kitchen every night and enjoyed coffee in the patio every morning. We brought our 11 month old son and the house had everything we needed (and a lot of what we forgot to pack)! It was beautiful, clean and such a special place. Thank you for a great stay!! My only recommendation is to bring earplugs for the noisy train at nighttime!

Too little to late.

Imagine booking a lake house 6 months in advance and getting a 2-day notice prior to arriving that your rental was in the middle of a landscaping project. Workers, trucks, dust everywhere including all over our boat, no grass, and an offer from the management company that they would happily reimburse us of all the rental fees if we did not want to stay or a 25% discount if we did. Nice last-minute decision to make. Of course we have friends coming in from out of town, there was no turning back but the notice was absurd. It was explained to me the company felt the 25% was more than generous which after staying the 5 days was not adequate compensation. I reached out to Doughty management again after our stay with no reply. In addition, the neighborhood is very stuffy, renters not really welcome from the interactions we had with the locals. The new fire pit was awesome but we were informed that is not really something the owners want us to use. No wood is provided. Hilarious. 10pm quiet time which we had 4 neighbors call the cops because we were having a conversation around the fire pit. Super fun We enjoyed the house for the most part. Over all mediocre stay

Excellent property

Great for groups - large space upstairs with games and tv space. The bunk room is a great space. Kitchen and downstairs is fantastic as is the hot tub and large triple car garage! Thanks!
