1st floor:
- Large living room/dining room.
- Fully equipped kitchen corner: oven, refrigerator and freezer, filter coffee maker, gas hobs...
- One bedroom with a 140x190cm bed

2nd floor:
- A room with two 90x190cm beds
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.

Exterior:
Large fenced garden, landscaped with a dining area and charcoal barbecue.

Access to the house, which is located in the centre of the village, is on foot.
Possibility of parking along the road 200 m away, or on the large free car park located a little further on.

Caution: 1000 pounds.

This former sheepfold converted into accommodation is located in the heart of the Pozzo hamlet, a typical medieval village with cobblestone or stone-paved streets.
Below the road leading to Pozzo, you will find the former Capuchin Convent (1550) as well as the St Bartholomew Church (1848), places steeped in history.
For experienced hikers, the Pozzo hamlet provides access to the easiest route to reach Monte Stello.
A few minutes from the village of Erbalunga, you will have a beautiful outdoor space.
