Welcome to the Marriott Newport Coast Villas-2 bedroom 2 bath. King bed in the master bedroom. Sleeper sofa in the living area. Dinning area with table and chairs. Full kitchen plus washer and dryer. Second bedroom with a queen bed plus a sleeper sofa.

Nice resort . Check in a front desk and pretty much same as staying at hotel. Unit not specific to booking - they assign you a unit when you check in. Nice units . Got one with partial ocean views which was great . Room set up is nice , spacious . Beds comfortable - too soft for my liking but standard hotel beds . Resort excellent for families . Good pools and recreation areas . Activities for kids . Son had fun at the kids pool. Crystal cove state beach via shuttle is awesome .

Wonderful Property and Amenities

We had a wonderful time with our family!! We really enjoyed all that the property had to offer, from tennis courts, pools, sand volleyball, they have something for everyone. The Villa itself was very nice, the only recommendation I would have is to have the carpets shampooed more frequently, they were pretty dirty.
