Wonderful stay with my son and his girlfriend. Easy walking distance to the Mall. No issues with parking. The owners who live upstairs were very accomodating as was the property manager Carla. I would stay here again if we ever come back to Charlottesville.

We had a fantastic stay! The home was incredibly comfortable and perfectly located—just a short walk to great coffee shops and the mall. It was the ideal spot for a relaxing getaway, and we truly enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend!

Family birthday weekend

Great Charlottesville Spot

Very clean and cute in a great spot near downtown Charlottesville. The hosts were very responsive to our questions as we were traveling with small children which was very helpful and appreciated. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

This property is very clean and the beds are very comfortable! It was an easy walk to downtown and Belmont for the market (Saturdays), lots of restaurants, shopping, etc. I would definitely rent this again.
