Spacious, well appointed one bedroomed apartment with bathroom and open plan Lounge / Kitchen /Diner.
The living area of the apartment is large, light and airy benefitting from 2 sets of patio doors leading onto a private balcony. The lounge area is very comfortably furnished, with TV and DVD player and has a large sofa which can be easily converted to 2 single beds. There is an aircon/ heating unit located in this area.
The dining area has a large table and chairs to seat 4 people comfortably.
The kitchen area is well equipped and has a built in hob and oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave oven, toaster, kettle, iron and an upright fridge freezer. There is plenty of kitchen cupboard space and it is fully equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, a selection of glassware and cutlery. Everything you need to dine at home.
The bathroom has a full sized bath with overhead shower, vanity unit with basin, WC and Bidet.
The bedroom is a good size and benefits from very large windows which flood the room with light. There is a wardrobe and bedside cabinet, twin beds and a second aircon/heating unit.
There is a single door and two sets of patio doors giving access to the balcony. In the outside space is a large table and chairs for 4 people. with room for drying laundry on the airing rack supplied.
The apartment comes prepared with all linen and towels, bath mats, tea towels and cleaning cloths.
The apartment is situated on the first floor of the apartment block and access is via stairs or by use of the elevator which also accesses the underground car park, which has a designated parking space for guests.
The shared pool is situated across the road, where there is also a child's play area. The gates are locked to ensure that the facilities can only be used by residents and a key will be provided.
The apartment occupies the perfect location for easy access to the beach and the many restaurants, bars and cafes a short walk away.
