Our quiet, comfortable house is within an easy walk to restaurants, shops, and in-town attractions. It's on the bike path; a short cycle to beaches, Bartlett's Farm, and other points of interest. Our house features wonderful open living space, indoor and outdoor dining for 8, a fully-equipped kitchen, central heating/AC, and comfortable furnishings throughout.

Great stay for thanksgiving!

We had a lovely stay at this property for three nights over the long thanksgiving weekend. Great location with a very easy walk to town. House is beautiful with everything you need. Plenty of space for everyone and the common area on the second floor is fantastic. We especially appreciated the quick communication from our hosts. Will definitely be back!

Comfortable and Convenient

The property was clean, comfortable and convenient. Location was great - a short 15 walk to town or a quick bike ride. Close to shopping, food and beaches. We would stay there again!

My family loved our stay. The home is beautiful and only a short walk from downtown. The hosts were really easy and quick in communications. Would definitely recommend.

Very cute home, perfect for a family. Centrally located, clean and quiet at night.

Great spot, we are a good size family and nothing to complain about. Hosts are very nice and easy to work with.

Great spot!

We had a lovely time in Nantucket. The home was clean, well located with all the necessary amenities you could need! Mark was very attentive and accesible throughout our stay. Would definetly rent here again in the future.

Wedding stay

The house was perfect for our family! We had 6 adults in for a wedding and were very comfortable. Perfect location where we could walk to town each morning and also to the beach. Really enjoyed our stay and wish we had more time!

Great home in a great location

Beautiful home with wide open living spaces that are nicely appointed. Right on a bike trail and close to the action in Nantucket and the rest of the island. Owner is very attentive as well.

Anniversary Weekend!

We had a wonderful stay at Milk Money! The house was perfect for our family! It was a nice walk to town, the outdoor space was great for a morning cup of coffee and we loved the kitchen and living space. We hope to visit again in the future!

Perfect place to stay while visiting Nantucket!

This house exceeded all our expectations! Great location, great backyard, great bedrooms, comfortable living room and amazing kitchen (has everything you'd need). Perfect spot to get anywhere on the island quickly and not far from downtown. On top of that, Mark was an amazing host. Would definitely recommend staying here and will definitely consider staying here again.

Fabulous!!!!

This was our first time in Nantucket and we enjoyed everything about it. The house was great and it was located pretty close to town. Mark was a great host. We will be coming back!!!!

Daffy Days on Nantucket

For years now the women in my family have gathered annually ion Nantucket for the Daffodil Festival. This year since our numbers have grown to 6, we decided to get a house instead of staying at a B & B. We were so happy with your property. The house was beautiful and decorated with such comfortable furniture and beds. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more. We had a great time!

Beautiful House on a Beautiful Island

This was a beautiful home just a short walk from town, well appointed, large kitchen and nice living area, comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Plenty of beach chairs and towels. We definitely will rent this house again. Host was very responsive to our few requests. Thank you Mark and Deb.

PERFECTION!

Our milestone birthday(s) vacation was absolutely perfect in this home! It was so inviting, beautiful and comfortable! We loved the layout of the house and the location was superb to all activities and bike paths. The owners were above and beyond wonderful to work with, and their attentiveness and follow up was five star level! Nantucket is a magical island that I highly recommend- and if you are lucky enough to schedule a getaway at this home, count your lucky stars! A true delight!

Worth the money ;)

“Milk Money” is a great home in an excellent location close to everything we love on ACK. Mark was super responsive and helped make our stay comfortable and easy. The home has everything needed for a day at the beach and as well as an amply stocked kitchen suitable for cooking meals at home.

Spectacular September Stay

Four friends had a wonderful time at this house. The location is ideal for those who want to be able to walk into town and easily jump on bike paths to beaches, etc. The kitchen is great for cooking with a nice large table. The outdoor space is wonderful for when you want to eat outside and has a nice grill. The living room is stylish and comfy, as are the four bedrooms. We'd love to return :)

My friends and I stayed at Mark’s property for a long weekend in Nantucket. The place was very comfortable and clean plus a short, peaceful walk to the downtown area! Mark was easy and quick to communicate with which made the check in and check out process seamless. It was a few of our friends first time on Nantucket and we are hoping to make this a yearly trip! We purchased our dream vacation home on Nantucket in 2021, after visiting the island annually with our children. We are happy to share our house when our family is back on the mainland. When we are away, our house is well-looked after by our year-round caretaker.
