Our quiet, comfortable house is within an easy walk to restaurants, shops, in-town attractions, and steps away from the Loines Observatory. Our house is on the bike path - a short cycle to beaches, Bartlett's Farm, Cisco Brewery, and other points of interest. Our house features wonderful, bright open living space, indoor and outdoor dining for 8, a fully-equipped kitchen, central heating/AC, and comfortable furnishings throughout. The very private patio is gated, creating a safe space for little wanderers.

This property was very comfortable and provided a great place to unwind after a busy day in Nantucket. Bright sunshine streaming through the windows provided a wonderful ambiance. The beds were great, the living room was inviting, and the kitchen was well equipped. Best of all, the owner was responsive whenever there was a question.

Our group of 5–two adults and three teens—thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Milk Money. Great location to get to town, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was extremely well equipped for a rental house.

While we have stayed on Nantucket in the past, this was our first time renting a home there for our vacation. The home has the Nantucket charm inside and out. It was the perfect size for the five of us. But could have easily accommodated another couple.We loved the location of this home as we could easily walk to town. The bike path is just across the street which is great. We found the close proximity to the beach excellent along with Bartlett Farm and delish restaurants.We did cook a few meals and the kitchen had all the essentials to prep and serve dinner. Mark was very responsive if we had a question and check-in was very smooth. I would recommend this lovely home - very comfortable inside and out!! Hope to return.

Getaway

Beautiful home in a convenient location just outside of Main Street. We were able to walk from the ferry to the house with suitcases in tow. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely stay there again.

Great spot!

We had a lovely time in Nantucket. The home was clean, well located with all the necessary amenities you could need! Mark was very attentive and accesible throughout our stay. Would definetly rent here again in the future.

The perfect perch!

What a lovely home and location! Beds were super comfortable, kitchen is excellent and decor is a win. Very comfortable weekend all around! Did not want to leave!
