Centrally located near Marsh Harbour (Central Pines) in the heart of Abaco. Our newly constructed 2 bedroom/2 Bath apartment unit is ideal for a couple or small family. We are reasonably close (8 minutes) to island hopping adventures, such as the ferry terminal to Hope Town, Guana Cay and Man O War. Additionally, we are a few minutes away from the main grocery stores, local restaurant/s, boating, fish and just a few minutes away from the Leonard Thompson International Airport.

Perfect place for a stay

We came to fish and stayed here. Convenient to restaurants, the grocery store, and meeting up with our guides. All were only a short drive from here. Place was clean and well maintained. Beds comfortable. Zero complaints. I’d definitely stay here again.

Fantastic communication

The property was clean, comfortable and great for our family. Communication with the host was top notch as they were able to guide us towards a rental car (we didn’t know taxis were so expensive), restaurants and nearby groceries. We would definitely recommend the priority and host.

Great space, rent a car!

All went very well. Abacos are still recovering from Dorian so expect some amount of confusion and lack of infrastructure, but the condo is great for 2 couples. Strongly suggest renting a car.

Perfect house. We rented both sides of the duplex for a group to rest after sailing for a week. Lon was very helpful!

Fantastic Stay!

From start to finish this was an amazing stay! Lon called us days before to check with us and give us pointers about getting to the Parrot. We received maps and info as well. Place was clean and beds were comfortable. The snacks and water were a bonus. We have already made return reservations. Highly recommend the Parrot!

You are visiting the heart of a neighborhood with welcoming neighbors and shop workers. The villa looks like new. Problem with the wifi, but it wasn't a requirment of my travels. Area needs hurricane relief in the way of tourism and charity.

Paradise Pines Villa:Parrot

Very nice property. Very clean. Relatively new. Dielta & Lon we’re very quick to respond to emails, calls & texts. Super simple check-in process. If you want to do anything in Marsh Harbor, visit Treasure Cay and/or Pete’s Pub you will need a car or taxi (which can get pricey). The property is in a neighborhood away from restaurants, grocery, etc. Neighbors were friendly & helpful.

Outstanding Property

Wow, Pelican was everything it was advertised to be only better! Great neighborhood, convenient to airport and town, super clean, totally up to date with excellent appliances, driveway for my rental car, incredibly comfortable and very nicely decorated. I loved it and it was perfect for my stay. Next time I'm passing through Marsh Harbour I am definitely booking Pelican

Perfect Stay

This rental was great. They thought of everything. Kitchen was well equipped. We really appreciated the beach towels and sunscreen. Everything was very clean. Would stay again.
