Perfect stay

River Strand is a great community. This property was well equipped, everything we needed. The owners were very responsive.

Great property

The condo/property was really great. It could be described as a premium property. The only issue was getting access to the condo on day 1.

Hi Diane, We loved having you and are welcome anytime. Sorry, the first day was a challenge. Usually Chris is there helping navigate how to get into River Strand and to our place! Something to make sure is not an issue for future renters. Enjoy the rest of your stay :)

Beautifully furnished , clean and well equipped condo in friendly Riverstrand

Right from the beginning the owners were very easy to work with and made our reservation process seamless. The hospitality continued as we were greeted by a visit from the property manager upon our arrival and felt immediately at home and welcomed into this community. The condo is clean, nicely furnished and well equipped. We stayed for two months and always had what we needed. We enjoyed all the amenities at Riverstrand from dining, fitness center, golf and participated in other activities. Near by we found much to explore and great restaurants to visit. One of our best time away from home.

Fantastic Veranda

My wife and I stayed at this veranda Feb. 1st --March 25, 2022. This veranda is very clean, new appliances, owners were very accessible if something minor went wrong, and property manager ( Chris ) was the Best. The pool is a mere 200 yards away, the golf course is in great shape with friendly staff, and it was fantastic sitting on the back lanai watching the golfers when we weren't golfing. Bob Mitchell

Wonderful escape from winter

Great property in excellent condition. Everything in the house looked fresh and new. Convenient location, great neighborhood, challenging 27 hole golf course in great condition with excellent staff. Heated pool 200 ft away, very quiet and felt like your own private pool. Two clubhouses with large pools and hot tubs. Both with good work faculties. Gulf beaches were 30 minute drive in January I highly recommend this property and it would be our first choice to stay at when we come back again. The owners are great. They made sure we had all the information ahead of time so there were no problems when we arrived. They also have an excellent property manager that lives in the neighborhood and made sure your move in went well.
