Close to shopping and food! ***The listing states that the unit is 1299 but it’s actually 1301!****We moved units! Must be able climb at least 7 stairs. Come stay with us today!

Great Place to Stay

Perfect place to stay for our Memorial Weekend Getaway. Very clean, centrally located place with all the room and beds that we needed.

Great getaway

This is place has a great home away from home feel, the host is very attentive and welcoming, this place has everything you need, I would very much so recommend staying here

Cozy and cute home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in this apartment. It was a very clean and very cute. It might be the best well stocked place that I have stayed in. April was very quick with communication. Would definitely stay again.

Immaculately clean, beautiful home

We were in Pocatello for a family wedding and had a lovely stay here. The house is very clean, the appliances are top line, and the beds were comfortable. The furnishings are new and fresh. It was a easy to find anything we needed in the kitchen. Highly recommend.

Pocatello House

The house is as advertised with all the amenities in the kitchen and throughout. I was able to work remotely and explore as desired. Ample common space and patio access. Pocatello is small enough that all things in the area are within a short drive from the house.

Thanksgiving retreat

Very nice large and spacious had every kitchen appliance under the sun!! There were so many lamps we didn't know which ones to turn on lol.

Pocatello ID visit for horse training

Three ladies on this adventure found the home to be nice home, clean and well stocked. The property manager was quick to respond to questions. The one bathroom took a bit of scheduling and planning for 3 ladies. Yet we managed with planning and scheduling. Would stay here again.

I rented this place for the second half of my family who arrived later than our first group. I woke up the next morning to a text from my daughter-in-law that said, “ This place is fabulous, I feel like royalty.” Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Family gatherings

We went to Pocatello to meet up with our two boys that are attending school at BYU Idaho. The property was a good home away from home. We enjoyed being together there. The kitchen is well stocked, house was clean and even decorated for Christmas which made it feel even more homey. We needed a property that would allow a dog because our boys wanted us to bring the family pet. This property had everything we needed and more.

Beautiful 4 bedroom

This home was an amazing find for us. We were in Pocatello for a wedding and had a few members from different households. The rooms were great sized, we had all of the essentials for everyone including a 9 month old (high chair and toys). The master suite is huge and beautiful with a gym, massage chair, nice jet tub, rainfall shower head. We had plenty of parking and the owner was super easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone needing a place to stay in or around Pocatello.

Poky Palace

The home was lovely! Lots of added features. The exercise equipment was a big plus. We did have a bit of a search before finding the cookware. Perhaps switching the cupboard where it is with the cupboard that houses the griddle, etc would be helpful. The pastries and welcome snacks were wonderful. Fun place

All was great except the cleanliness of the bathrooms.

The stay was good. Place was very well stocked with anything we would have needed. Our only complaint was the lack of cleanliness in the bathrooms and the smell in the outside hallway. The downstairs toilet had poop all over the inside prior to any of us using it. The bathtubs in both bathrooms were slimy and had gross stuff in the jet parts. The upstairs bathtub also didn’t drain well at all. The hallway to get in smelled like a litter box.

Angela, thank you for your feedback. I do appreciate it. However as stated on my fridge “If something is not to your standards to please let the host know so that I can fix it.”Instead of leaving less then 5 star review. I personally cleaned the home and take a time stamped video showing the cleanliness prior to Your arrival. . The home has some hard water stains, is what you may have seen on the jets. The tub will have a shiny gloss on it from the treatment I use on it. The Foyer entrance doesn’t smell of liter but of a 1972 house. I don’t own a cat and the Foyer is brand new besides the doors and walls. As far as feces on the inside of the toilet seat..I thoroughly clean the toilet and would never leave it In that kind of condition. You did bring children so maybe one of them didn’t want to admit to it? I also check drains prior to guests arrival and are still draining fine for me. I understand that not everyone is use to a 70’s house and we all have our own opinions on cleanliness. So no worries at all. All I ask from you is to let hosts know instead of after so that we can make your stay as enjoyable as possible! Thank you so much for supporting my small business. Best, April

April is SO Accommodating

We were in town for our daughter’s wedding. We live about 3.5 hours away. We wanted our kids and grandkids to be able to stay with us so we could have some great family time and make great memories. Booking and arrival were simple and we had no issues. April was easily accessible when we had a couple of questions for her. She is so friendly and supportive. Her son and grandson live in the downstairs apartment. They are also super helpful. The kitchen is very well equipped. Many appliances and a great refrigerator. We did have a large group and we didn’t have plates so we bought some paper plates. We often didn’t have enough forks either. There is an amazing exercise room upstairs! I really enjoyed using them. I don’t often get to go to a gym so it was wonderful to use some equipment that I don’t have at home. The tubs are both jetted. April has decorated each room beautifully and supplied so many extras! Our grandkids loved all of the toys in the game room!!! The dress-up clothes were SUCH a big hit. April has thought of pretty much everything. Although we had the max number of people allowed, and it worked, it was busy. I would suggest fewer people for a more comfortable stay. However, April provided all we needed for every extra bed and accommodated all our needs. April is a fantastic host!

A good place

Roomy for people to stay however parking more than 1 car is a problem so saying 8 or more can stay. Was notified I was in parking space of other people however was not. I also asked about parking ahead of time. Parked according to instructioms given. And saying 3 pets of any size can stay. Only place for dogs is front lawn to use the bathroom.

Hi Wendy, I’m sorry about any confusion. I have a large 2000sf home that sleeps up to 14 . I do have a large driveway with additional RV parking for my guests. Guests have parked 4 cars back to back and have used the space in front of my house for parking too. I just asked to not park on the left side of driveway. As with the pets I offer the large front yard for them to use. I do appreciate your feedback. And again so sorry for any confusion.

Great for all ages!

This place was great for a family stay! Lots of toys to keep the kids entertained, and a park just down the street. A great getaway for our week focused on family!
