Overall we loved our stay at the property. I feel the description was accurate, they are truly working on upgrades. The wildlife was a little more intense than expected but it is in the Forrest. River was amazing and I did do ok at beginning fly fishing but was still amazing. It was better than sleeping in a tent! Host is very responsive and the mascot is too sweet!

Rustic little cabin with privacy off main highway on a slope. Little hiccup with the actual address provided but found it after basing off pictures provided on listing. Excellent fishing.Works are seen to be in progress but served it's purpose for what we needed.

Way overrated. Old, poor lighting throughout. No closets, hasn't been cleaned since don't know when? Some windows don't open. Most do not have screens. No kitchen dish cloths nor sanitizing liquids, ño cutting board, minimum dishes, noWash cloths, coffeemaker filthy withOld dried grounds- and on & on. Our wives would have refused to stay!!

Such a nice little cabin close to the water, very clean, woke up to a bunch of wild life outside which was awesome!! Definitely will stay here again 100% recommend.

Amazing little cabin that was a perfect getaway. Dawn was such a great host, and we spent most of our time fishing in the river across the street. We will definitely come back to stay here again!

Awesome cabin with awesome river access we caught a limit within an hour had a great stay and plan on coming back this place is relaxing and had everything we needed

Great little spot to stay in. Wifi was a plus. Got a little chilly due to the windows being older, but they had heaters and blankets to use. Thanks for the hospitality. It made our trip to attend a wedding so much easier.

Great week

Very relaxing stay, Dawn and Johnny were wonderful hosts. They were very friendly and very accommodating of my wifes mobility limitations. The fishing was very good even with the rain and thundestorms which we enjoyed on the cabins large covered porch. We will definitely rebook!

Cozy and relaxing

Very cute cabin with a nice kitchen, perfectly situated by the river and not too far from hiking trails. Beds were comfortable and we were excited to be able to grill as well!

Quiet Cabin

Property owner ia very nice and accommodating. Woods to the back of the cabin and a 2 min short walk to the Pecos river for some fishing. I would definitely stay there again.

Great hosts… beautiful cabin.

Great experience. The hosts were gracious. Close to great hikes and streams. Could have used some more forks/knives, etc… but a 5-star experience in Terrero.
