Located in a quiet area of La Tranche sur Mer, just 5 minutes from the beach of La Terrière, 3 km from the center of La Tranche Large house of about 165 m2, close to all amenities. The accommodation
You will arrive by an external staircase to the living room which consists of a fully fitted kitchen, oak table for 10 people and a living room with corner sofa. The master suite is composed of a dressing room for men and women, a dressing table, a bathroom on the platform, with shower and corner bath, and a bed of 160. The roof top is accessible by an external staircase from the living room and it has a barbecue, garden furniture under a pergola, a Norwegian spa, and a table for 12 people. Pleasant for evening meals you will be above the rooftops of the village, and in front of the sunset.

On the first floor there is a laundry room, a toilet, a bathroom, a common terrace (25m2), a personal terrace (15m2), and 4 bedrooms.
Ch1: 2 single bed a wardrobe a glass door to the common terrace.
Ch2: 1 double bed, a desk, a dressing table, a dressing room and a large glass door opening onto the personal terrace.
Bedroom 3:1 bunk bed, a desk a wardrobe with a glass door to the common terrace.
Bedroom 4:1 double bed a dressing room a bay window opening onto the common terrace.
Free parking on the street.

rental of towels (4€/pers), sheets, on request. (5€ single bed/10€ double bed) Cleaning of the barbecue 25€.
The kitchen elements (sink, hob, fridge, table and empty dishwasher) are not included in the cleaning package. 25 € per element will be requested (this is to avoid any abuse). Cleaning products included dishwashing liquid, laundry tablets and dishwasher included, new sponges, 4 dish towels per week, salt, pepper and various spices will be available. Possibility of 2 more people on the sofa.
