Great base camp to the Big Horns. The house was well equipped for 4 adults & 3 kids. The house was clean & had everything we needed to cook. We enjoyed playing cards games at the coffee table in the evening. The owners communicated well & were very responsive.

We had a wonderful stay at the Cowboy Cottage! It was the perfect spot for our family—extremely clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. The mattresses were great, the blackout curtains were a huge plus, and the kitchen had everything we needed. They also had the best assortment of snacks we’ve ever seen in a rental!The location is fantastic and walkable to several cute spots around Dayton. Aric was an excellent host—friendly, helpful, and very quick to respond. We had a great stay and would absolutely recommend the Cowboy Cottage to anyone visiting the area!

Great house and location

Perfect home base while visiting family in the area. The home was nicely remodeled and decorated. Really appreciated the coffees & snacks after a long drive. We will definitely stay again!

This is the best VRBO that we have stayed at. Everything on the website is accurate for what is in the house. It is extremely clean and well stocked with everything that you would need, a beautiful yard with a nice concrete back patio and on a quiet street in town. Excellent place to stay!!

Comfortable cottage

Nice and clean, comfortable and cozy. Host extreemly nice and accomodating. We enjoyed the small town and area. We would stay here again.

Loved this location, gorgeous outdoor areas, bedrooms were spacious, home was clean, and our family enjoyed extras (laundry soap, coffee, snacks).

The house was well-equipped clean (and ready early and the owner let us know as soon as it was set) and perfectly located, off the "main drag" and a nice yard. Great place!

Great stay at the cowboy cottage

I stayed here with my wife, dad, uncle, and their wives for a family reunion in town and I couldn’t have booked a better place to stay. The owner, Aric was friendly, responsive, and ensured we had everything we needed. Check-in and check out was a breeze and the location was great! Will definitely book this property again when I’m back in town for the next reunion.

Our stay here in Dayton was amazing. The house was beautiful and the hosts were amazing. We will definitely be staying there again. The had everything we needed for our vacation. A beautiful yard for the small children to play and ggames for the adults. We were greeted with a beautiful deer when we arrived and a momma deer and her twin babies when we were loading up to leave. I would recommend this home to anyone wanting a beautiful place to stay in Dayton.
He greeted us upon arrival to the house.
They came to say goodbye as we were leaving.

Perfect stay

House was super clean, well stocked and ready for our family getaway. Worked great for both the kids and adults, the backyard was perfect for games and relaxation. The host was super easy to get a hold of and helped us with any questions we had. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay in a quiet corner of the country.

Really enjoyed our stay. The hosts thought of everything. Exceptionally clean and well appointed. Great little town in a scenic setting. Get your supplies in Sheridan beforehand. Groceries are limited in town but visiting the Mercantile for a treat and a keepsake was fun.

Wedding

This was the perfect home base for our daughter’s wedding! We enjoyed our stay very much and fell in love with Dayton. The home had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

Our 7 night stay at the Cowboy Cottage was excellent. The property was as shown in the listing. It was very clean, quiet and comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay and the hosts even left some snacks for us to enjoy. We had Mule Deer in the backyard almost every night, which were a pleasure to watch. We would recommend the Cowboy Cottage to anyone visiting the area in the Big Horn Mountains!

Cowboy Cottage

The Cowboy Cottage was perfect for the 4 of us for our hunting trip. House was clean and comfortable and had what we needed. Aric was a great host, available when needed, and quickly answered any questions we had.
