You get what you play for

Room was clean, water pressure in the shower was terrible. Breakfast was not bad, but walking distance to Dennys or Ihop restaurant. Overall good stay...would stay again

Very cozy stay

The staff allowed me to check in an hour early with no extra cost which was very kind. The cleaner only made one of the two beds and they removed the used towels and didn’t replace them so I had to go to the front desk to request some. At that time I asked the customer service person where the laundry facilities were And they told me but failed to inform me that all but one washing machine was out of order. The room was nice and the beds were comfortable but the shower mechanics were nearly falling off. I did find trash beneath the air conditioner and the nightstand from a previous renter that the cleaners missed. The cost to stay was more then reasonable and the location was great!

Free Shuttle

Check in took a long time, and TV was set up weird. They replaced TV right away. Was a great price, free shuttle to Universal Studios, and food was ok but minimal. Would stay again in future for visiting Universal.

Orlando stay

We arrived to check in and their computers were down so it took over an hour after a long travel day to check in. It was very frustrating to say the least. The room overall wasn’t bad. The breakfast wasn’t very good barely edible. We only ate breakfast twice in our 8 day stay. Pool was overrun with kids almost continuously the whole time we were there.

Would not recommend

Would not recommend . DEFF get what you pay for hotel, website makes it look much better then actually is. , internet sucked, breakfast was horrible, room was never vacuumed, check in took forever as only one person working with 5 people in line. Had to call house keeping to clean. Pool was freezing.

Grand Orlando hotel is the actual name

The hotel stay was good overall. No vegan options in the breakfast, charged me for extra for stuff which I didn’t use. Rooms were clean and comfy. Gym was under maintenance and washing was chargeable.

Whole trip was spoiled

Our trip was ruined because i tried to extend our trip by one day. I went to the desk to do this and was told i had to do this on line, they couldn't help me. I tried to to it online but made a mistake.

Cheap price clean rooms

From start to finish my experience at this place was great. He king in was easy and quick, had plenty of trip ideas for me and my son, the room was clean and taken care of. Room service helped us daily and cleaned the room. How anybody could give this place a bad review is insane. I was worried after reading reviews but this place went above and beyond.

No help at all

Room was ok. Main thing was i tried to extend our stay by one day. I was staying 1/11 to 1/14. Was told by the desk clerk that i had to make the reservation online. I tried making a reservation 1/15 to 1/16. Which i did. When i went to the desk the next dayi found out that i had made a mistake. I now had no place to stay on the night of the 14th . She could not change anything or refund or cancel my reservation. I dont think this is anyway to do business do

Undesireable

Sub Standard. We found flies and worms in our original room. The heat would not work either. They moved us to another room. No flies but found worms on the floor. Pathetic.

Laundry issues

Our room was great clean and comfortable beds. Breakfast was great as well.But i tried doing some laundry and needed change whitch the front desk didn't have told me a time they would have it but then didn't so i ended up having to go across the st to get some whitch wasn't a big deal. but then when i used the dryer the venting wasn't hooked up properly so the whole room got damp making it take a long time to dry the clothes.Also the laundry room was pretty dirty. Other then needing to do laundry our stay was great!

Convenient but not clean

Took over an hour of waiting in the lobby to be able to check in, got to our room there was stains everywhere. Had to ask multiple times to have the shears changed because they were not clean. The best part was the relative closeness to universal. The shuttles also only run once a day late in the morning and back later afternoon, like 6 pm.
