The villa is comfortable and features a bright living room/lounge open to the garden and swimming pool.
The pool has a counter-current swimming feature and 2 massage jet areas.
The landscaped garden has a wooden terrace, tiled areas, lawn, and garden furniture for 10 people.
Parking available for 1 vehicle in front of the house and nearby parking lots.
Possibility to easily park bicycles in the dedicated patio.

The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
