We are 10 minutes south of downtown Orlando in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. ORMC, Arnold Palmer, and Winnie Palmer Hospitals are just 2.6 miles away, or 10 minutes by vehicle. Orlando International Airport is 20 minutes away, and we are within a few minutes of all major transportation arteries. Universal and the Convention Center are about 20 minutes away and Disney is about 30 minutes.

The space: A Mother-in-Law Suite with a private entrance to a large non-smoking bedroom with a queen bed and a private bathroom overlooking the pool and hot tub. The room is large enough to accommodate an air mattress for children. Pool, spa, & laundry facilities available. Well behaved pets under 25 pounds are welcome with a daily $10.00 pet fee per animal and no more than two pets. Smoking inside is prohibited, but allowed outside the screened pool area.

Guest access: Private entrance direct to the mother-in law suite by access code to electronic lock, separated from main living area by a laundry room which you may use if desired. Contact Bunker at (407) 883-5399 for your code.

Parking: dedicated guest parking on left side of driveway.

Other things to note: We have a friendly cat.

Ubicación

La habitación es excelentes, dueños que viven allí también, fueron muy amables con nosotros. Él área donde está ubicada la propiedad es tranquila, y aparentar seguridad, no se escucha desorden en ningún lugar, y las propiedades a los alrededores son hermosas al igual que la que rente. Cuenta con estacionamiento seguro fuera de la calle. Es cerca de supermercados, otros comercios. Si buscas un lugar tranquilo a la hora de descansar ese es el lugar ideal. En fin me encanto y si tuviera que rentar de nuevo volvería allí

Perfect!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The hospitality was top-notch, and the property was impeccably clean. We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub. The neighborhood was excellent—quiet, safe, and conveniently located. Everything we wanted to do was within a 20-minute drive, making it the perfect base for our trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would return in a heartbeat!

Amazing Experience

My sister in law were in town for the Pink Concert as well as my sons soccer tournament. We stayed in a hotel with the team from Friday to Sunday and then headed to Bunker’s on Sunday. I was not sure if my sons tournament was going to run over if he made it to the finals so Bunker was kind enough to inform me that I could leave my stuff there while we waited for the tournament results. We didn’t end up needing to but it was kind of him. Fast forward to when we arrived, the neighborhood was awesome and Bunker and his family were super inviting. We sat around and chatted for a little bit. At night we had the hot tub and pool to ourselves. Come Monday, our Uber cancelled our ride because we ran 5 mins behind. We couldn’t get an Uber in short notice so Bunker was so kind that he dropped us off at the concert after working all day himself. I would recommend this host any day of the week. As a matter of fact, there are some restaurants we want to go back and try and I already told him, we are booking with him again. Thank you Bunker and Family for being extremely sweet, understanding, and CLEAN (that is really important). You will definitely see us against 😁

Lovely hosts and location

Bunker and his wife were super sweet and hospitable and the property was wonderful. Spare blankets/towels/coffee, you name it. Would definitely stay again or recommend to someone considering a visit!

Hurricane Milton Refuge

We felt safe in an established neighborhood of beautiful brick homes, and realized how close we were to many attractions. The host was welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend if you plan on visiting the area:)

Amazing stay!

My tip to Orlando was made even better because of this stay! Bunker was very hospitable and having use of the pool and hot tub was amazing. Comfy, clean, would highly recommend!

Clean and quiet

Our stay was exactly as the listing described. Check-in was super easy which was nice since we got there late. The host had an air mattress readily available for our 10 year old to use, and they were quick to respond to a couple of questions me had. The neighborhood is quite nice and quiet. We enjoyed our stay.

Love it

We love it , the pool is amazing . The ac works magic , I love the washer and dryer. The room was amazing as well . I rather stay in a private location then public “especially sharing pool with other like hotels” this is the spot. Is private no one bother you , you have the pool to yourself , MR.Bunker was nice and his beautiful wife as well. Great communication as well. Self checked in. It was an amazing experience. The neighbor is friendly as well . It makes you feel at home. Thank you guys for an amazing experience

Family Visit

This quaint mother in law was clean, quiet and very sufficient for my short trip. Neighborhood was clean and quiet. Owners were very friendly and accommodating. Usage of pool was available though i did not take advantage. Would definitely definitely recommend to a single or couple headed to Orlando. Thank you 😊

Great Suite

The property was beautiful and the owner very friendly. We used the pool and spa and the mother-in-law suite. They were all perfect!! If you are looking for a single room suite and access to a pool and spa, this is a great place to stay.

Work weekend

The property was wonderful. We really enjoyed the pool. We had it all to ourselves. The room was very clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The complimentary waters in the mini fridge were a nice added touch. Bunker and his wife were gracious hosts. They were available and helpful but also gave us our space. We would highly recommend them and would definitely stay there again in the Orlando area. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and convenient to everywhere we needed to go. Great stay.

Quiet getaway

Absolutely beautiful and quiet neighborhood! The room was clean and perfect, location was close to everything (food, parks, shopping, etc). Our hosts were super sweet and we will definitely be looking to book again next year when Universal Epic Universe opens up!

Anfitrión: Bunker A Hill

We are a 40 year married couple. We met in Germany; she didn't speak English and he didn't speak French - but we both spoke German. Although we host a neighborhood party almost every Sunday afternoon/evening and are very sociable, we also like our private time in our quiet neighborhood. Our children are now out of the nest so we have a private mother-in-law suite that we thought would make a nice room for traveling adventurers! English and French are spoken in our household.
During your stay
We entertain quite often, so if you stay with us you can join our parties if you wish. We use our pool or our hot tub almost daily, and we welcome you to join us.
