A few fun facts: The home that you are standing in today was inspired by a 10,000 square-foot mansion that my grandfather lived in on Lake Minnetonka in Minnesota. The mansion was named Walden (google it) The home was built by the son of quaker oats company. The Husband sunk in a titanic and my grandfather bought the home years later. (The husband and wife were on their way to Europe to buy furniture for the house).
The home has been recently remodeled by me and decorated by my sister which lives in Minnesota.
The wood carvings on top of the doorways throughout the living area were hand carved by Carpenter out of Matamoros Mexico.
