Great place with an awesome location, plenty of parking and a responsive host. Big recommend if you need a place to stay in the areas. We were here for a Catalina Channel swim and will recommend it to others doing the same!

Such a beautiful property. Loved having the double car garage to park our vehicles. Minutes walk away from the harbor and numerous restaurants. Will be our go to for staging before we go on our cruises.

Great location, great for larger groups.

Easy check in, lots of amenities, and room for all. Garage parking was a huge perk, and yeah, and awesome rooftop.

Great communication with our hosts:Stanley and Ann. The townhome was beautiful and spacious. Was able to enjoy the rooftop for an early evening cocktail. This was a great location to all the areas we visited during our 7 night stay. There were also some great local restaurants that are listed in the guestbook guide! We ate at many of them. Hope to visit again!!

We loved our stay at this property. It was exactly as pictured and wonderful location close to restaurants, coffee shops and the harbor. We would highly recommend.

Beautiful place. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, even ricer cooker. Plenty of restaurants, shops. Crowne Plaza 2 blocks away

Excellent Location

The house was beautiful and spacious. The rooftop deck had such a great view of San Pedro! The house was very clean and well stocked. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

Great location

I stayed with my yacht racing crew. We chose this property as it had enough beds at a reasonable cost. House was clean and the beds were comfortable. Well stocked kitchen for preparing meals. We enjoyed staying here.

Great property!

Stanley’s place was very clean and comfortable. The rooftop patio was lovely. My friends and I had a wonderful stay. If it weren’t for the stairs I would book again and bring my parents, but they are elderly and would not be able to manage the stairs.

Family time

We are a repeat guest! This property is well provisioned and spacious. The sectional in the main living space is an improvement over the sofa during our first stay. Although we spend most of our time out and about with family while staying here it would be a great place to just relax. We recommend a walk to Sirens, a local coffee shop, and the Maritime Museum.

Awesome property!!

Beautiful rental in a great location. Just a block away from restaurants and convenience store. Easy no-hassle check in. Excellent amenities. Everything you need in the rental. Get ready for a stair workout.

The townhouse was very lovely and comfortable for our group of 6 people. It was nice having a dining table and sectional couch that were large enough to accommodate all of us with room to spare! The owner was very responsive when we had questions, which was really helpful too. One thing to keep in mind, especially if anyone in your party has ANY mobility issues, it is 4 levels, including the rooftop deck, so that means a LOT of fairly steep stairs. It was fine for us, but a bit of a workout!

Great place, very attentive owner

We had a fantastic experience with this place. We were in town for a wedding nearby. The condo had plenty of beds, rooms and enough bathrooms for a teenage girl. It had well stocked kitchen, bathrooms, linens, etc. There was plenty of stuff nearby, both walkable and drivable. The owner was very communicative and helpful. I highly recommend the place.

San Pedro CA condo

We really enjoyed our stay in Stanley’s San Pedro condo. The condo was very clean and comfortable in a very walkable location for the area. Be ready for stairs. Get your steps in!

Holiday time with Family

We needed a place for family while visiting for the holidays. We had several 75+ age family members and they managed the stairs ok but in hindsight I was forewarned and should have considered that. The place was exactly as described. I enjoyed yoga down the street and great location for walking. We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location! Spectacularly clean!

From initial contact, to check out, our stay at this property was outstanding. The owner was extremely responsive to questions and kept in constant contact with us throughout our stay. There are definitely a lot of stairs in this unit so be prepared to get your exercise, but it’s well worth it!!! The unit is centrally located to the San Pedro waterfront and lots of great restaurants. We will definitely rent this unit again when in the area.
